I think Sooyoung, Gyuri, and Nana would probably the top for girls - and it's possibly because they all look multi-racial and it fascinates westerners. But they're all gorgeous and I think are 3 of the most stunning girls in K-Pop. Though I do think Gyuri is thought of as pretty in Korea (I'm not a Kara fan but I feel like I've seen positive things about her looks before) whereas Sooyoung and Nana aren't as much?
