Singer and actor Lee Seung-gi is working on his second movie, "Match Made in Heaven - Movie" withSim Eun-kyeong. He's been starring in romantic comedy dramas lately; will he be able to bring out his colors with Sim Eun-kyeong?

 

"Match Made in Heaven - Movie" is one of the '3 dynamics' by Jupiter Films and is the second series in following "The Face Reader" which was released in 2013. "Match Made in Heaven - Movie" is a romantic comedy historical which looks into the relationship between a man and a woman through marital compatibility.

 

While "The Face Reader" dealt with the heavy subject of one seeing the future of the king, "Match Made in Heaven - Movie" is lighter than that. However, it is natural for Lee Seung-gi to feel pressure about the movie because he's on the front lines with Sim Eun-kyeong.

A source claims, "Lee Seung-gi has had a short movie career but has been an actor for a long time now. He specializes in romantic comedies so he's suitable for "Match Made in Heaven - Movie"".

 

Lee Seung-gi started acting in the 2006 drama "Famous Princesses" and is now 9 years into the career. He debuted with the movie "Love Forecast"in January this year.

 

He worked with Ha Ji-won in "The King 2 Hearts", with Sin Min-ah in "My Girlfriend is a Gumiho" and Miss A Suzy in "The Gu Family Book" which achieved a record of 19% and was the most popular drama during that time frame.

"Love Forecast" starred Lee Seung-gi and Moon Chae-won in the story of Joon-soo (Lee Seung-gi) having a crush on his best friend Hyeon-woo (Moon Chae-won) of 18 years.

 

Starring in "Match Made in Heaven - Movie" with Sim Eun-kyeong is a completely different color. Sim Eun-kyeong is a highly experienced actress who starred in "Miss Granny", "Masquerade", "Sunny - 2010" and more. Her only 'couple' act was with Joo Won in "Tomorrow's Cantabile".

 

So will Lee Seung-gi bring "Match Made in Heaven - Movie" to success with his strong benefit of being the 'romantic comedy king?'

Meanwhile, Lee Seung-gi who is also a singer, released his first album in 2004 and made a big hit with the song "You Are My Girl".

He then starred in several dramas and built his base as an actor and also starred in various TV shows such as "1 Night 2 Days" and "Steel Heart". He's lined up for a new show that's coming soon, too.

Lee Seung Gi/his agency never did any confirmed statement abt it. He didn't said anything else abt his MS date as well. It's all made by the medias without a source.

Hyun Bin also enlisted in 2011 when he was 29yrs (30 in Korea), and a lot of male stars did at that age as well. So what's strange or what different with only Lee Seung Gi who's also an 87er? It's not he going to avoid not to serve, he will go when it goes. If not, then let's call these name too lol
87ers: Lee Min Ho, Joo Won, Jung Il Woo, Ji Chang Wook, Ahn Jae Hyun, TOP, ect. Did any star from this list confirm to enlist this year? Nope.
And in the end, whether who's the star, it's not our business at all so why serious?

Hahaha yes, I am... I still have no idea on the updates, but I saw some articles about PD Na doing some interviews and he said that if Sugeun and Jiwon don't have huge work scheds, they will definitely join in. 

 

Jiwon right now is still in Hawaii doing his vacation.. he might go back this week. ^_^ Saw an article that Sugeun and Jiwon's decisions will be announced on the 23rd..
