GOT7 are brilliant dancers but the whole acrobatic "martial artist tricking" thing isn't safe or practical for them to be doing for every performance several times a week for weeks at a time. It works better as an occasional concept thing, like with the Girls Girls Girls promotions. That said, I would love for them to have more powerful choreography in future. JYP and Big Hit are business partners, so GOT7 couldn't come with a concept similar to BTS, besides GOT7 don't have strong rappers, BTS have 3, on the other hand GOT7 have strong 3 vocals (but 3 strong vocals out of 7 are not enough for a ballad group concept). GOT7 boys have a nice teamwork and are close to each other even off cam, so it allows them to feel comfortable to play one with the other on cam. They're young, their avarage age is 20-21 years old. I don't know what kind of concept you're waiting for. being a beagle group is what made famous most of the top groups. GOT7 is doing just right, it'll take a time for them to get popular. There was no hyper in their debut (no pre debut promo, no survival) and they've spent half of their debut year working overseas. They're not popular in Korea not bc they're bad, they're not popular in Korea bc Korea didn't know them, and JYP is not a company with so many company's stans that are waiting to love and support every single group the company debuts; even though in comparison to the groups that debuted in the same year, GOT7 have it better (and b4 sb say about Music Show awards, well they're nothing, having a positive image and a stable career is everything for any group, GOT7 don't need to rely on just on a Korean fandom, and I bet they've won more money than rookies from the same year).
