I don't think so. Even without the netizens on your back, work.. schedules etc. I think Joon Young once said on 1n2d that dating is hard. Even if he had someone on his mind, talking to them isn't the problem. It's the industry itself that makes it difficult? Idk

It depends on what kind of relationship they look for. 

Like casual dating, they probably to it a lot. 

But serious relationships, I guess they are hard to keep. The crazy schedule, the sasaengs/fans and jealousy (the industry is full of hot people, you know?) are getting in the way.

However, the ones that love each other can successfully go through this with a little work.

Yes and no.

I'm sure it's not hard for idols to start a relationship at all, but maintaining it in a stressful, tiring environment probably takes its toll. The average idol is in their teens too; In an industry filled with attractive people constantly around eachother, I wouldn't be surprised if there's trust issues involved.

 

If you can overcome those problems and you don't get into controversy being in a relationship then I see no reason why it shouldn't be like any other relationship yknow

I think it depends on which idols they is and the situation they are in. Less popular/downtime probably have an easier time dating because those people are under less scrutiny with more freedom (and less chances of being recognized) and popular/promoting are busy and have way too many eyes on them~

No not really. Especially if you're a top idol. Everyone pretty much recognize you irl so all you can do is drive around at night. I'm sure idols in relationships would like to do normal couple things together but they cant.
