It's a well known fact that Yazawa Eikichi's fans are scary. Just because Yazawa Eikichi was something like a representative for delinquents.
Especially when Yazawa was younger, [his fans] were nothing but biker gangs and groups of delinquents, and in the middle of his concerts they would start fights. But I think those fans have lessened by now.

These people have come to his concerts since they were young

Most of them are mature women who went with their whole family to Toho concerts, and when they see i-fans Bigeast outside the stadium they start to give lots of gifs (fanmades and official goods) like nothing, they are super sweet and friendly most of them.

They're nice to foreign fans and even help introduce you to the member before your turn so you would feels less awkward talking to them or give way free stuffs.

 

After the show they randomly handed out a stupid printed business card looking birthday cards written by the girls. I got Sararan's. The guy beside me caught up to me asking me right away who I got. I showed him, and he showed me his and he got Mirurun's. I simply said, "iiiina" and right away he offered to trade with me saying stuff like oh It's your oshi and you don't get to meet a fan from Canada that often lol. Honestly I couldn't care less about it but since he was so kind I was a lil touched lol.

They still support members after dating scandals

If the "EXILE fans are scary" is because of the billions of Instagram users who ship themselves with the members via photoediting phone apps, then the percentage may have a point. As for the "LDH aren't idols, don't dare to say otherwise!!", I dunno the actual number of people who say this and if such affirmation is said by the majority of people who follow that agency's artists or I'm restricting too much to OneHallyu/Twitter's points of view.

That elitist attitude is so so so gross. I am happy for Arashi's success as well, but that behavior is making the guys look worse than they really are. However, majority of the fandom is super nice and they dont mind sharing stuff with international fans. Some even will reach out and have conversations with international fans. It just sucks that the over the top fans are the most vocal.
