What clubs/sports/other extracurriculars do you do?

In high school, I was a part of the school choir. But it only lasted for a year and as much as I love singing, academics is my priority. So I can't really blame the instructor for always getting mad at me for missing some practices and stuff to study. I am bad at time management. I can't do two things at the same time. It was exhausting.

This year, I am a member of the student publication. It's actually fun, sans the deadlines to meet and the documents/papers you have to work on. It wasn't as stressful as it was when I was still a choir member.

It's grea that you were able to find a new EC! I did journalism too bc I enjoy writing and it was a good feelig when one of my articles got chosen for publication ♥

Horseback riding... I'm on my school's equestrian team (I'm not that good though I ride in the lowest class lol and they need me since I'm the only person who qualifies for that class)

wh....what school do you go to that just has horses on deck??? I'm amazed ha

my high school clubs include Key Club, National Honors Society, and this Social Activism Club my sister started.

I have been ice skating every Saturday for a while now as well

I really enjoy volunteering and plan to have 150 hours of service by next year

In middle school I was in my school's volleyball team and I was in theatre club for about a year or 2. In high school I was only part of the school's volleyball team for one semester because the team sucked. There weren't any clubs at my high school though.

my school doesn't have horses on deck, we have to go to a barn outside of campus because the school doesn't have its own barn/horses

I was a part of my middle-school Basketball team but it didn't last long as I wasn't tall in comparison to others. I also did play table tennis for a short period of time.

I played football, futsal and badminton in different clubs and not at my school as they didn't provide them.

Same goes to Taekwondo. I used to go to a public sport club for 6 years before moving out of my hometown.

I still play chess for fun.

I played tennis and badminton during my freshman and sophomore years of high school. I was also part of a couple of clubs but when I moved to another state the beginning of junior year I dropped all my extracurriculars to focus on moping around and hating my parents for ruining my life.

  • 4 weeks later...

In middle school, I was on the cross-country running team in the fall, and the girls' lacrosse team in the Spring. I was also in the yearbook committee for all my three years at the school. Outside of school, I took Japanese lessons and did yoga. I was also in my school's band for three straight years as a flutist (I'm not that good though).

This year (and hopefully throughout my highschool years), I'm doing volleyball instead of cross-country, and I'm possibly dropping yoga and yearbook committee because those are on Tuesdays, and so are my practices. And I might possibly drop band after freshman year too, so I can take Child Development in sophomore year.

I'm gonna continue with lacrosse and Japanese school though.

When I was in high school, I was involved in my school choir and the Anime Club. Then in community college, it was an Asian Club, Japan Club, and Chinese club. When I transferred to university, I was involved in a Japanese club again as well as a Korean American club and a Kpop club.
