Probably because he's talking instead of singing. I also don't enjoy Hani's voice, or most of snsd's voices, or Krystal's voice. That one person from Bts who manipulates his voice during Dope to sound rough and growls during his verse can also go on the list. He sounds like he smokes. That's all I can remember for now. I think Sunggyu sings well, but I don't like it.
