She is already 23 or 24 idk but she always said that KARA is the last option for her to debut.. Well, she didn't. She commited suicide after her contract with DSP ended.. I hope there won't be any Sojin case in SIXTEEN.. I'm most concerned of Jiwon and Minyoung. Minyoung mostly. Jiwon lacks confidence and how Momo got in and her not, that seems a bit hurtful. Not just a bit. A LOT. "How can she debut when she is eliminated? What about me? I'm main vocal?" These might have actualy runned through her mind.. But Minyoung.. My ultimate sixteen bias.. I'm super concerned of her. She was already supposed to debut with 6mix but some other ladies get to debut without her. And some of that ladies are not so talented. She was constantly hated for her personality, the personality mnet shows. She is so young and she might make these actions not knowing it entirely. I'm scared. I'm sad. I'm mad. I hope Minyoung will retain a positive mind, Jiwon too. I hope Jiwon and Minyoung debut together in the next gg. Or at least a soloist that has been given a great song. Jiwon has the right age to debut in the next group, and Minyoung was told right away that JYP would work with her towards a solo project. So yeah, JYP is not DSP. A Boy Like Troy 3,333 Posted July 8, 2015 Share Posted July 8, 2015 Well it has been stressed that the eliminated girls will debut in the next group, which means that this isn't the "last hope" to debut that SoJin went through. Also, MinYoung is being considered to debut as a soloist, so she shouldn't have anything to worry about since JYP has plans for her specifically. The rest of the girls are really young, so they still have a lot of years to train and debut and stuff. They won't be old grandmas or anything lol. After the contract termination, she lost everything and had nowhere to go. Minyoung and Jiwon are really young, they'll have another chances. He probably feels he has obligations to her after taking her through all of this. Jiwon can debut in the next group, and if not, she can train in another agency and debut. She might fit an agency like Starship better (she reminds me of Soyu/Hyorin a bit), and they're due for another girl group soon. They're both still young, Sojin was older. Its unlikely JYP is cutting any of the girls like how Sojin got cut from the eventual Baby Kara lineup and Kara itself, most if not all will end up debuting in the 2017 girl group unless they leave the company for another company, health, or whichever reason. moondust 5,083 Posted July 8, 2015 Share Posted July 8, 2015 the thing is sojin was already 23...so she might have thought her time was up :( (which is a shame, 23 is still young to debut and i quite liked her) but minyoung & jiwon & all other members are like 6+ years younger than her...so they still have plenty of time while sojin must have thought she'll be half of 50 in 2 more years and have no way out....and i'm sure sojin's unfortunate death shook kpop and jype will have learned from it...so no more trainees can get hurt. wawazz 59 Posted July 8, 2015 Share Posted July 8, 2015 jyp really good taking care of his trainees and artist.. that why we have min g-soul, jokwon and sunye who still debut after 6-15 years.. beside we saw a lot of jyp ex- trainees debut in other company because jyp trainees has a value and go under proper training.. for example.. hyorin, hani, etc.. i still remember, yg told to one contestant in kpop star, u better go jyp to training and come debut under yg.. that how good jyp training system are.. beside all the eliminate members in this survival still young.. 1998 line, 2000 line.. so there a still time to improve and debut..
