I just find it really awkward to stare at someone's eyes. I always look elsewhere when I'm talking, or I look down. I know it's not very polite but I can't help it xD Does anyone have the same problem? Or could you guys give me some tips on how to keep eye contact without being awkward? I've recently started to get a little better at it with some effort, but I still have difficulty judging how long and how often I should look at someone's eyes while they're talking. I mean, obviously I shouldn't stare them down... That would be weird. Currently I just meet there eyes from time to time, and then look in the person's general direction them the rest of the time.
