Yunho... I don't think I have given much thought about Yunho as I have about Jae.

I find him more difficult to read because he isn't as open with regards to hisas Jaejoong. Even though I get a certain "vibe" from him that actually means jack shit at the end of the day -_-  I suppose the most concrete thing I can say is that he has little to no chemistry with women from what I have seen. As for if he is being more blatant... I think his attitude when giving responses has changed but he keeps his private life private.

Yunho... I don't think I have given much thought about Yunho as I have about Jae.

I find him more difficult to read because he isn't as open with regards to hisas Jaejoong. I kinda have this feeling that when he is around Jae, I always sense that he is trying hard to show that he is the manly one...but nowadays you see less of that. He is more idk...

yunho's a huge people pleaser. but imo the closer he gets to a person the less he'll try to please him/her  -_- provided that they're not family. and he's the type to make sure that things stay personal instead of announcing stuff to the whole world. for me, he's actually quite easy to read, but he's not blatant in a jaejoong/heechul way, so i suppose there could be some underlying reverse psychology in the whole thing. ._. to me, he's one of those read-by-their-expressions guy. i think being tvxq's leader really shaped him, playing a major role in who he is now.

he definitely is. this is because changmin can take care of himself. he and changmin are more of equals/brothers rather than leader-member. moreover, changmin makes sure that yunho isn't unnecessarily stressed out.

On the split personality thing I think most idols have a dual personality because of the persona they portray almost 24/7 in front of the public eye. Unlike most American or whatever entertainment industry we normally follow, idols are not in the music industry because of the art of creating music... they are somewhere between reality show personality and pop star. The members of DBSK probably grew a liking to the more production aspect but that isn't what attracted them in the first place. I think that in many ways the image they portray becomes engraned into them and has affected the personality... there is no way it hasn't. Also part of their job is to seem perfect at all times... they are role models. 

 

When looking at Jae and Yunho I do that this has affected them in many ways. I mean we know that Jae says he had to keep quiet for the first couple of years in DBSK as part of his image. And I think even though he is more free to be himself, he still isn't allowed to completely do so. He is not allowed to have a proper relationship, he has to second guess his every move... same applies to Yunho. There is no way that they will ever be free to be who they really are... so in some way to varying degrees all celebraties have a dual personality and I guess depending on how strong they are as people and it could affect their metal stability.

 

I am looking at split personality as being a disorder whereas dual personality is pretending to be different people depending on the situation.

Oh well I still don't see it as a split personality as what I defined my understanding of it. Cause I see most idols and celebraties as having personas.

I do get what you are saying about if you took away his celebrity status he would still have one but I think it more because of his outlook on life. Koreans have a very strict upbringing when it comes to respect for elders. I think that what you are seeing as potential warning signs is more of a cultural difference. I can identify with actions like that coming from a strict upbringing where you put your own ideals on the back burner and rather create this perfect image of what your parents would like you to be.
