Women that likes shy guy.

Recommended Posts

Just from posting here on this forum, I noticed some women here like Shy guys. I was made aware from one of my other threads and was wondering on this phenomenon.

Most girls want a guy to ask them out, but I was surprised to find out that there are some girls here that prefer to do it the other way.

It is an interesting!

I mean I am sure it is only a minority of women that like shy guys, but it is still interesting none the less. Some guys just can't or have a really hard time engaging and prefer if the girl would do it.

Do you  like or prefer shy guys?

From a user:

some women, like myself, like shy men. i do not like the sort of men PUA "creates." but snake oil salesman keep teaching men who are shy and reserved that they're somehow "broken" and need "fixing" and they're not "good enough" so they can panhandle their useless goods, when at the end of the day, PUA is just a numbers game, and it's followers exhibit very cult-like behavior.

shy guys are adorable.

most of the cute ones never have the guts to come up to me and talk to me while the ugly ones think being loud and too talkative is cute.

but its not.

besides anyone can open up after they get to know a person, its not taboo or anything.

I'm more attracted to girls, but if I really have to, I prefer shy guys. From my experience, most confident guys are just so douchey and @$$holes. I absolutely hate those type of guys the most!!!

Shy guys are cute. Shy people typically open up after getting to know someone so it's no big deal.

Anyone can open up, but what about asking someone out. Shy guys usually do not have the courage to ask a girl out. THey want the girl to ask them out.

Even if they do have the courage it would take a lot of time for them to gain that courage.

from english-speaking, western perspective, most women prefer outgoing men because most people, in general, are outgoing. shy women and shy men are severely outnumbered, esp. if you're from a nation like the U.S. or australia. i think we make up only some 10% of the population.

i've also never met a guy who wanted to be asked out, regardless of whether he was shy or outgoing.

true, its a real shame because theyre usually the good looking ones, from my experience.

its a real pity. i still find it charming honestly. frustrating, but charming.

I'm not really interested in going out with guys lately, so it doesn't matter whether they ask me out or not. If they ask me, then I might consider. If not, then i don't really care.

But yeah, I can totally see that this is a huge problem for them. Especially that it's really out of the ordinary for a girl to ask a guy out (at least it is from where I live)... and by the time they might gain that courage, everything is probably too late... idk

Despite the fact that I'm not outgoing, asking someone out is not a problem for me. I can do that, I've done that. I think that shy guys are better at understanding me than the "confident guys", and our idea of "a nice place to go" is usually the same, so we get along well~ I like them.

Well the major problem with Shy guys is that they have trouble engaging. If the girl is able to ask them out then it helps alleviate the problem a lot.

It's always better to be friends with the person first.

It's ok to be shy, but you need to go and talk with the person you want eventually. You need to try. Most girls are shy and even intimidated by guys, because girls are supposed to be coy, cute, difficult, passive...

I have never hear a girl saying "I hate shy guys"
But I do hear a lot guys saying "I hate easy girls"
