Inspirits have been speculating that the guy with the blurry ass is Sungjong. Weren't they going for like a double persona theme like Hoya and L? Because the waistline is so thin and ass so fat they think its Jjong.

That was Sunggyu because he had a bandaged hand as well.  Then he turned around and you can see Sunggyu with his bandaged hand and the person with his butt to us standing in front of him with a perky ass that looks like Sungjong. But then again, it was pretty blurry so it's hard to say.  If it was HD and perky, then it's definitely Sungjong - at LD, the butt may look puffy but it really isn't. So we just have to wait and see.  I'm praying it's Sungjong though because I need more Sungjong, a lot of Sungjong in the video.
