Turns out he's directly under YG but the fact that YG went to the trouble of buying him out of his contract with D-Business based solely on his SMTM performance tells me he has plans for him and he won't be stuck in the dungeon for long. It's not like Katie Kim who he was forcefully saddled with because of KPopStar commitments.

 

Also the current YG HighGrnd set up means the Tablo/HighGrnd avenue is always open to him ala Lee Hi.

D-Business will still partially manage One until his contract expires with them.idt they will let him stays in YG's dungeon

Just came to congrats One and to say I know he was potential~ lets hope YG does not keep him locked up and that he collabrates with Tablo and etc. more than anything.

Can I ask One's fans here, are you happy that One is now under YG? I just want to know coz based on what I saw in YG thread, YGstan seems happy of him being a YG artist now. How about One's fans?

Personally I don't like it, but like it at the same time? If he's going to be under YG as an idol, I don't like it at all honestly. If he debuts as a proper artist under High Ground or Teddy/Kush's new labels, then that's fine. I've always had the feeling he'd book it out of 1Punch, it was only a matter of time. I just didn't think it'd be with YG lol. I'd prefer if he went with AOMG or another label that focuses on musicality, and would be able to actually allow him to promote effectively and consistently. Basically, I don't want him to debut under YG as an generic punch-out idol. He's better than that at this point, so that better not happen. I just hope it turns out well for him though.

And I agree with all of you - I hope he's going to YG to debut as a solo artist. I don't think he fits the idol mould and will work best solo. Hopefully YG feels the same way and manages him properly. It seems like he can compose as well so he fits the YG style soo much.

Probably, most idols usually get something done whether it's ps or fillers/botox so it doesn't really surprise me

(also, I've already seen this pic before. he was super adorable when he was younger )

Honestly, I think he did something to his nose as well but I'm not sure if he got a nose job or just fillers
