Rain will be attending a grand sized music award ceremony in China. 

Rain is planning to attend Chinese music award ceremony QQ Music Awards taking place on March 27. 

QQ Music Awards is an award ceremony hosted by China’s music site QQ Music, which has hundreds of millions of members. 

 

Rain, who has been gaining popularity and recognition in the country, will be staging a special performance by attending the award ceremony. 

He received ‘Asia Entertainer Award’ from 2013 BAZAAR Men’s Style of The Year Award last November in Beijing, and recently appeared in a Chinese variety show.

ACUBE ENTERTAINMENT: APINK COMEBACK IS CONFIRMED, MINI-ALBUM WILL LAUNCH IN APRIL

 

ACube Entertainment has reportedly confirmed to Korea’s Star News that their group Apink will announce their comeback shortly, and that they will release their new mini-album sometime during the first week of April.

“APink will be releasing a new single album in the first week of next month and [will] be taking part in full-scale promotions,†a company representative stated.

No other details on the comeback were revealed as of this time, but we can say with certainty that the girl group will maintain their “cute†image for both their new album and comeback stage.

Apink hasn’t had a comeback since their goodbye stage in September of last year, and with anticipation mounting, many avid fans say that this comeback has been long awaited. Reaction was mostly mixed, with demands ranging from changes in Apink’s “innocent†concept to dance improvement.

“I’m tired of their innocent concept. but can’t wait to see any improvement in singing or dancing. (lol),†one fan stated.

Huh Gak becomes the father of a baby boy

 

 

According to A Cube Entertainment, Huh Gak became the father of a baby boy on March 14.  

 

Through a statement, Huh Gak's side said, "The wife and baby are both healthy. Huh Gak is unable to hide his immense happiness."  

 

He wrote, "I've finally become a father. Please congratulate me. We've named him Chook Bok (which means "blessing").  We've named him this because we've been immensely blessed since his birth.  He was born a little early.  I should have told everyone beforehand, so I hope people would generously forgive me for neglecting to do so.  I did so for my wife because we needed stability at the time and it was a marriage that happened in the spotlight."  

 

He also wrote, "The atmosphere at home has become even brighter; my wife and I are are all smiles and we're happy. I didn't know that becoming the father of one child and the head of a household would be such a moving and happy event as this. I will raise my child well so he's happy and healthy. Thank you, thank you.  Just like the child's name, I hope for a lot of blessings from everyone. I will become a singer who always repays everyone with good songs."

A Pink has released the teaser photo for their new mini album!

 

The girls will be coming back with their 4th mini album soon. No name for the album nor the title song has been released yet, but we've now finally got a photo released onto the girls' SNS accounts! 

 

 

The girls seem to have put their cute, bright image aside for this comeback, choosing to wear black dresses and serious expressions instead of frilly dresses and bright smiles. Their makeup is more intense than usual, and the concept seems a little retro.

Their label said, "A Pink's poster photo will be released to 40,000 fans who buy their album. They've recently finished their filming, and now they're on their final stages of the comeback."

 

The girls will be coming back on the 31st, so stay tuned!
