Not a huge fan of both franchises, but I thought these videos were hilarious.

Anyways, which of these 2 shooters would you buy when they are finally released?

I was planning to get bf4 for free as part of AMD's game bundle with their upcoming graphics cards but I decided not to wait and got an Nvidia card instead. I'm not interested enough to spend like €40 on it.

not going to get either.

I used to play a lot of FPS's, including both of these franchises but now i'm completely sick of them. I do prefer BF's mp over COD's mp though, so if i were to get one i'd get BF4.

Christ yes. The first Modern Warfare was great not just to play but as a story too, making a subtle point about war being utterly shit and only leading to destruction. Ever since then it has degraded into a juvenile power fantasy for overcompensating manchildren.

i don't really enjoy any fps sp campaign. If i bought the game myself then i kind of feel obligated to play through the sp campaign at least once though. But back then i was really into trophy/achievement hunting so i usually went through them multiple times. I can't do that anymore now.

Nightmares of playing COD4 on veteran on that sniping mission are coming back  :horror:

i had to look up some videos to make sure but it was One Shot One Kill mission that i'm talking about. It's right after All Ghillied Up. It's the one where you have to hold out till the helicopter arrives in the area with the merry-go-round. Also had trouble with No Fighting In The War Room.

Every COD campaign got easier and easier after COD4.

I gave up trying to beat World At War on veteran, fucking grenade spamming AI...

i don't remember having much trouble with MW2. There was probably some spots but not nearly as frustrating as MW1 was overall for me.
