Let's complain about the heatwave in Europe!

Fellow Europeans, tell me you're just as bad as me, sitting wide awake in your bed at nearly 1AM and sweating buckets because the temperature is barely below 30 degrees in the middle of the night.
My room is exposed to the sun in the afternoon/evening, it's like I'm in a sauna, I'm melting T.T There not even a wind or a slight breeze outside that can help even though my windows are wide open.
Tomorrow, in the freaking shades, I'm supposed to survive by 40 degrees, help? T.T

86 degrees Fahrenheit? That's the norm in Florida...

lmao ikr?  And in Arizona it gets 100+ all the time.  You don't know heat until you walk home from school in 120 degree weather, it's what I imagine the fiery pits of hell to feel like.  Get on our level Europe.

Yeah but since it's usual for you, you are equipped with air con in your houses... Most people where I live don't... We have awesome heating systems for the cold winters though xD

The Central and Northern US needs to step up their game, too.

Go Southerners! Bearing extreme heat year-round!

37-40 degrees in Paris... but I grew up on the french riviera so I'm used to the heat, it just feels different because it's not exactly the same climate and there's no sea :imstupid:

Ps: Air con isn't a thing in France and we're doing just fine, my advice is to close your curtains/shutters during the day and open them during the night... that's what I always do in the summer to keep my apartment under 25 degrees.

Yes! wendyland is always cold! :soul:

Wendy's fault!  :soul:

I don't think that around 25 degrees is considered cold, but maybe that's just me? I'm glad it's not so bad as some other places.

Today when I went out it wasn't even 20 and rn it's 14

Tbh southern european countries (spain, italy, southern france etc) handle the heat just fine since it's the norm... it's northern european countries who can't survive over 30 degrees :imstupid:

Here in the northeast US our weather is soooo bipolar, Winter here is 20 average but can go to -5 F, Summer's it can reach 90 F!

A word of advice get a fan, but ice on a tray infront of it and you'll feel cool, cold water works too.

It even rains when it's brightly sunny!

It was around 22-26 the whole day in here, but of course it's colder now because it night. I think this is the best temperature to have, I hope it wont rise too much.

True, I live in Finland and everything over 25 starts to feel a bit too much :imstupid:

Well it depends of the areas

I'm from Spain and in the south of course but in the centre of Spain it is usually cold the whole year and the 3-4 months of summer is around 25-30 degrees. But this year has been horribly hot
