I watched episode 1 last night, and it was really entertaining! I thought Show and Lay teaming up would make them unstoppable but they both were the first ones out, lmao. And I can't believe the one who was the most clueless ended up winning it all. I was rooting for Huang Lei. Lei Lei couple was hilarious.

I watched it the first 2 and I love it so much and yay for ep. 3. China have really great shows nowadays (besides the remake of Korean shows).

Analysis of market statistics for Go Fighting Episodes 1 to 3

These images above show the huge growth in ratings and viewership for Go Fighting over the first three episodes, and highlights the points during the episode which the viewership was the highest or the trending was the greatest on Weibo. Do note that for every episode, the highest viewership period always coincided with Yixing’s appearance at some point during the show. It is also important to note, that this show seamlessly merges Weibo usage as a form of social media publicity, along with viewership (e.g. during commercial breaks, the number of users on Weibo immediately rises and users discuss the episode online).

Unsurprisingly, the bulk of the viewers were female both on weibo and on TV, but the TV viewership ages were more evenly spread out than those of Weibo users (again unsurprising given the demographic of the netizens).

5th of July, 9pm, the 4th episode of <Go Fighting> will be broadcasted on Dragon TV. Leaving the bustling city, backpacked and left (the city), Sun Hong Lei, Huang Bo, Huang Lei, Wang Xun, Luo Zhi Xiang and Zhang Yixing, members of the "Go Fighting men" left for an island, and under a mystery person's (who always issues scary phone calls) monitoring, a startling island's cry was staged. After finishing the mission, Sun Hong Lei and Huang Bo converted wastes into treasures, turned the rubbish bag into a raincoat, becoming "Garbage Hero" and "Arab Prince", brushed away their looks furiously. Faced with the sudden appearance of a mystery man, what choices would the "Go Fighting men" make?

 

 

Survival on an island

"Go Fighting men" staged a team battle

 

Carrying backpacks, taking the ferry, the "Go Fighting men" headed over to ChongMing island in the 4th episode, starting a 1-day tour in the island. On the boat, the idols played till they are feeling 'high' ----- Zhang Yixing and Wang Xun stood at the prow of the ship, imitating <Titanic>'s Jack and Rose's classic action, showing their love in broad daylight. Luo Zhi Xiang who had his sunglasses on showed a pose, staying at the front laughing at the winds and waves.

 

 

We once thought that, this is a trip where they can "sit on a boat and lead a happy life", being in touch with the nature, the greenery, but do expect the unexpected. Once they got off the ferry, they were shocked ----- the rain started pouring suddenly, drenching/soaking the "Go Fighting men" in rainwater. But the idols found happiness while suffering, they sang "Ah, friend, goodbye" loudly in the car, to cheer on for themselves.

 

 

Other than the weather not being cooperative, everything else on the island are dangerous and perilous. As opposed to the previous episodes where they fought for their own gold bars within a time limit, or where they formed teams to fight for time, in episode 4, they must work together, to fight against this mysterious person. He lurks around the idols, make phone calls to convey missions, and for each mission, it seemed as if they were closely related to the destinies of the "Go Fighting men". This is a team match, where only when they work together to fight, use their knowledge to look for clues, unlock the puzzles, race against time, then they are able to escape the danger.

 

 

Face values up to a whole new level

Huang Bo became the "Arab Prince"

                               

In Tian Mao international's <Go Fighting>, the different outfits for the idols in different episodes are one of the highlights. In the previous few episodes, we appreciated the fact that the "Go Fighting men" were dressed in long robes, becoming "Shanghai Bund's" Xu Wen Qiang and Ding Li ; possessing sunglasses and suits, battling for gold bars while being the oppas from "Inheritors". This time, while heading to Xisha Wetland Park to complete their missions, Sun Hong Lei, Huang Bo, Huang Lei and Wang Xun made persistent efforts, to present to us a new "Garbage Hero" look, where it will definitely blind your eyes.

 

 

Walking with synchronized steps, Sun Hong Lei, Huang Bo, Huang Lei and Wang Xun formed the "4 Gifted Scholars of Xin Jiang Nan", walking over from the drizzling area in JiangNan ---- but once they were nearing, we found out that they weren't actually wearing raincoats, they were wearing trash bags! It was clear that, in this bad weather, together with the nervous atmosphere, it didn't affect the "Go Fighting men's" mood where they entertained themselves. Taking a humongous black trash bag, they thought of something, which is to use their creativity to create a full body armour with the trash bags, to protect themselves from the wind and rain, to turn wastes into treasures. Regarding this high-technological battle suit, Sun Hong Lei was very satisfied with it, to crown themselves with a new name: "Hello, we are the Garbage Heroes, and people call us big brothers."

 

Once they reached the reed marshes, "Garbage Hero" Sun Hong Lei released his inner child-like characteristics. When he saw that there are small crabs in the reeds, his eyes lit up, and went to catch them. Even though a day passed by, and he met a soul-stirring life-or-death time battle previously, he still wandered in the small lake, the poetic self in him comes out, and he read out a line of a poem "Inside, the small sweat is dropping drop by drop, outside the small rain is falling gently".

 

 

While they were on the way, as Huang Bo had made the rubbish bag into a hat and placed it on his head, looking like somebody from Middle-East, Sun Hong Lei never forgets to ridicule him and said "Hello, Arab Prince!" Huang Bo shoots back at him confidently with "Didn't you see my lady-like qualities?" The two people laughed and fought while walking, and while they were in high spirits, both of them took out their phones in the reed marshes, and selfie-d together, recording down these precious moments where they took face value to a whole new level. Witnessing this scene, Sun Hong Lei sincerely exclaimed, "Why Huang Bo became crazy once he step foot into this wet land? He isn't like this in the city."

 

                  

                

A mystery is hidden in the telephone booth

Mystery man staged a plan to sow discords

                                               

A mystery man who always give phone calls to convey the missions seems to be everywhere, no matter if the idols are in the car, library, or among the reed marshes and beaches, they must not act according to their wishes, must not run around anyhow. When the "Go Fighting" men came to a telephone booth, a new mission is released. The six men chased after the car to accept the "interrogation with torture" from the mystery man, how to show loyalism? This is the question that they must face.

When it was Zhang Yixing's turn, he was only left with 2 choices. While facing the phone, he tried to look for help "Why can I only choose from the 2 of them? You tell me, how can I choose?" But the "reality" is harsh, the mystery man replied with no expressions, saying that "You need to make a decision! If not everybody will 'die' together!"

 

 

Zhang Yixing read out a name to the phone softly, put down the phone, walked in the direction of the bread van doing an iconic action signifying "This is life", and ran to another car. "Survivors" agreed with the choice that Zhang Yixing made, "If he is left alone, then we really can't save ourselves anymore!" In this bad environment, being shocked by the 'bombs', while facing Mystery Man's plan to  "sow discord", "Go Fighting men" planned their steps carefully, in the face of "living alone in disgrace" and being together to face the problem, how would they make the choice?

 

 

From then on, the person who's alone in the van, while facing the brothers that 'abandoned' him (the person), will he not care about them and abandon them cruelly, or still be together with them and not abandoning them? Please stay tuned to this Sunday's Tian Mao International's <Go Fighting> which will be broadcasted at 9.05pm on Dragon TV.
