Talent! I'm glad the girls are part of the song writing process. Sounds like they're really invested in the group. Of course Lin Lin would write the lyrics for Vomit Song, lol.

Here's some compilations of Aina's twitter videos. They're pretty funny. The rest of the members have compilations on the same channel too.

LOL they're very unique xD I have to check the other videos out.

And it seems like Aina did the choreography for the mini album. I don't know if it's for every song but I know Vomit Song is one of them.

I translated their interview with Billboard Japan. It's long so this is just part 1. I will post part 2 when I finish translating it.

PART 1:

--In this interview, the original plan was to interview the musically talented Matsukuma Kenta (BiSH's sound producer) and the six unique members of BiSH. However, good news came in that Matsukuma-san's baby was recently born! It seems like he's in his hometown with his child, so can the members send him a congratulatory message first?

Aina: Matsukuma-san, congratulations! As soon as she was born, he posted a picture of her on his SNS and she has almond eyes so I thought she will grow up to look like a female version of Matsukuma-san. She will be a Hakata* Beauty for sure so I feel excited. (*Town in Fukuoka prefecture. In Japan it is said that many women from Hakata, Akita, and Kyoto are beautiful).

Momoko: I was able to attend Matsukuma-san's wedding, and his wife was beautiful, so I thought (his daughter) will grow up to be cute. Congratulations!

Hashiyasume: Congratulations on the birth of your baby. I saw a picture of her with Nini (Matsukuma's dog) and thought "How warm". I'm sure an even more exciting life is waiting for you.

Chittiii: Who are you?

Everyone: (Laugh)

Hashiyasume: This is my first time sending someone a congratulatory message for the birth of a baby! I'm sure a lot of things will happen but... I want to see your baby's face when we record our song. I want to do 'peek-a-boo'!

Ayuni D: Congratulations. I want to meet your baby. I'm sure she will smell nice so I want to meet her. Please continue taking care of us.

170703_bish_tb013.jpg
â–²Chittiii

Chittiii: Congratulations on the birth of your baby. Matsukuma-san is always nice to us so I feel a little lonely...

ï¼ï¼Like the loneliness an older sister experiences when a little sister is born and they are put off to the side?

Chittiii: Yeah. But I was really excited. On a cold day, we were walking together, and he announced "We're expecting a child", so I was excited since then. Now that she's born, I'm excited to meet her too, but I also wish BiSH can become more popular so more money would go towards Matsukuma-san and everyone can be happy.

ï¼ï¼And with that Matsukuma-san's daughter's lifestyle will change as well is what you're trying to say (Laugh). When you think about it like that you guys have a lot of influence.

Chittiii: Yes we do (Laugh). So we'll work hard as well, so I hope she will grow up to be a funky girl like Matsukuma-san.

Ling Ling: …Congratulations on on the birth of your baby... What an envious life.

Everyone:(Laugh)

ï¼ï¼He's doing well at work...

Ling Ling: And is married, has a child, for me it's like the goal of life so I feel envious.

ï¼ï¼What kind of person is Matsukuma-san to BiSH?

Chittiii: Matsukuma-san is... Not exactly like a father, but I feel like he still watches over us. Because he's there, BiSH exists. The passion he puts towards the songs are amazing so we're pulled into it and something great is born. He is a genius at finding the good traits of each and every member.

ï¼ï¼For example what kind of traits?

170703_bish_tb012.jpg
â–²Aina

Aina: A while back I recorded a new song with TeddyLoid-san, but it was my first time recording with someone other than Matsukuma-san. It was completely different, with TeddyLoid-san, he leaves everything up to me. Like "Let's express Aina the End". So I tried to remember everything Matsukuma-san said, even small details like listening to the drums, and then I was able to sing well without regrets. So I feel like the things Matsukuma-san taught us is useful outside and if you face obstacles with Matsukuma-ism, you will be able to sing anywhere confidently. Even during lives, I unconsciously think about the things he taught us.

ï¼ï¼So your teacher's teachings can be used anywhere.

Aina: I finally started realizing it. Before, even if I didn't understand what he was saying, I still tried it out while not completely getting it. But now during lives I started thinking "Oh, I can hear four beats of the drums! If I can put sound into these four, it will go well with the guitar and this song will be great!". I realized "Oh this is what he was saying!"

ï¼ï¼Did Momoko experience something similar?

Momoko: When we're recording, he would often ask "Which part do you want to sing?", and this time for "GiANT KiLLERS" I feel like he selected the parts thinking "If Momoko sang this part, she would be able to express it well". I was once told "Your voice make the lyrics easy to understand", he said something about my voice not passing through. I was like "Huh?" (Laugh). So I started keeping that in mind when I sing.

ï¼ï¼Ling Ling does "shouts" and many symbolic parts, what kind of advice did Matsukuma-san give you?

Ling Ling: ...He said "Do as you like".

ï¼ï¼Oh it's like that? (Laugh). How about Chittiii?

Chittiii: In my case, my mental state affects my condition, so he notices it all and says things like "Your voice isn't coming out well. You feel like this right now right?". And the I think, "He's right. I was thinking that" and then I regain myself. And if the style of music I listen to changes, he would said "It changed right?" so I think he's really amazing. On top of that, in my case he often says "Be yourself and sing it". If he has requests, he would say "Sing it like this", for this mini album "GiANT KiLLERS" I sang in many different ways.

ï¼ï¼So he brings out the good sides of members in different ways?

Chittiii: Yeah I think it's different. He puts a lot of thought to it but when he thinks "This would be more interesting" then he would be able to make changes on the spot.

ï¼ï¼How about for Ayuni?

170703_bish_tb009.jpg
â–²Ayuni D

Ayuni D: …For me, I don't have a distinctive way of singing yet, so when I sing without much thought, I sound monotone, like I'm emotionless, so he often tells me "Have this in mind" or "Become like this when you sing". But when I listen to his advice, I do well.

ï¼ï¼And for Acchan?

Hashiyasume: For this mini album, "GiANT KiLLERS", depending on the song he would give out a lot of requests like "I want you to be in this character as you sing". For example for "GiANT KiLLERS" he said "Sing it like an elevator girl*", and "VOMiT SONG" on the other that, he was like "Sing like a woman with large breasts", I'm often told "Be like â—‹â—‹". So for "VOMiT SONG" there is part that's like "I know what a lie out of kindness is", but I'm singing that part as someone with large breasts. In my head, the image I have is someone who is meeting up with a man and she cutely says "If you have no intentions of seeing me, tell me straight up**". That kind of woman with large breasts. (*In some malls there is a woman who stand in the elevator pressing the buttons for the customers and they say things like "We are able to go up/down" or "We have arrived at _ floor" and they have very clear and beautiful voices) (**Lyrics to VOMiT SONG).

ï¼ï¼So he really changes the way he produces each member. That's why all six of your individuality comes out well balanced.

Hashiyasume: I think so. Especially this new album.

ï¼ï¼For "GiANT KiLLERS", how do you think it turned out?

Aina: For songs that became music videos in the past and single (title?) songs like "Orchestra" and "Promise the Stars", the chorus was left up to Aina and Chittiii a lot of the times, but for this "GiANT KiLLERS", everyone sings the chorus and it really feels like us six are relaying the microphone so BiSH's vocal colors and expressions expanded. When I first heard the completed song, I got the impression that this was the "new BiSH". That's why I felt that "The choreography should be new as well" and started looking for new things.

Chittiii: All the songs up until now had a theme or a hidden theme. Like for "KiLLER BiSH" it was "Life and death". But this time we didn't have a specific theme, and we just gathered five songs which came out with many different expressions. Especially for the title track, "GiANT KiLLERS", it didn't really fit the image of the BiSH. To the extent I thought "This is the lead song? I wonder why?" (Laugh). But I started understand the meaning behind it and it's easier for the audience to join so I thought it would be super fun if we performed this at Makuhari (On 7/22 they will have a live ã€BiSH NEVERMiND TOUR RELOADED THE FiNAL “REVOLUTiONSâ€ã€‘at Makuhari Messe Event Hall)

ï¼ï¼So this album is the type that's aimed at all directions.

Chittiii: This time, the limited edition version comes with a track called "iNTRODUCiNG BiSH" which is the best songs from our past. But "GiANT KiLLERS" alone can be called the best of BiSH, like it shows all the good sides of BiSH, including the lyrics, everything fits the current BiSH.

ï¼ï¼For the title track "GiANT KiLLERS", I felt like Matsukuma-san thought "Let's finally do an explosive kind of song!" and was waiting for the right time to release this song.

Chittiii: Maybe so (Laugh). But he seemed excited when we were recording. Like, "If everyone sang one at a time and screamed 'Wow Wow!' wouldn't it be fun?". I'm very happy we were able to put it into form.

ï¼ï¼As Chittiii mentioned, songs written by members are recorded as well, let me ask you questions about each one. First is "VOMiT SONG" written by Ling Ling. What kind of thoughts or images did you have as you created the lyrics?

Ling Ling: Sometimes I went to the school I hated with excited thoughts about BiSH's lives and when there was a time I got tired of BiSH, I was excited to go to school and see my friends. Like that, I've been living my life (like this) until now because I was excited about one of them. But when both of those things can't keep me full I get homesick, thinking "I want to go back home, I want to meet the kind memories I have within me". Even after I became an adult, I'm clinging onto the memories I had as a child. I wrote that out as the lyrics.

ï¼ï¼So this song was born out of Ling Ling's sentiments. What kind of impressions or thoughts did Aina have for "VOMiT SONG"?

Aina: When I first saw the lyrics, I sent a LINE to Ling Ling right? What did I send...?

Momoko: "Did you get a boyfriend?" right?

Aina: Yeah! I sent her a message saying "Did you get a boyfriend?". There was a part that said "If you don't have intentions of seeing me, tell my straight out" so I thought "Maybe she fell in love and became tired of everything". But I was wrong. I went to Ling Ling's home once and she suddenly said "I want to go to the school building". Don't you think that has nothing to do with me (Laugh)! But she seemed very excited as she talked about the building. At that time I thought "Oh she much really like it", but after hearing the meaning of "VOMiT SONG"... She said, "At that time I was still kind. I was pure. It was fun. I lived a 'generation' like that once, so I want to meet that 'generation' again". And then I thought, "Oh that's why. Then I should think of a choreography that meets that". At the interlude, everyone expresses the building and when Ling Ling touches it, the building becomes happy and wakes up. And when she touches another building, it wakes up as well.

ï¼ï¼That's impressive.

170703_bish_tb005.jpg
â–²Aina

Aina: But when Ling Ling comes back to reality, that building is in the past, so it's already over, and it goes back to being any other building.

ï¼ï¼I feel like a good music video can come out of the concept alone.

Aina: It was created because I thought about Ling Ling that much, and it wouldn't have been created if I didn't visit Ling Ling's home. For Ling Ling, rather than just writing out how she feels, she's choosing words that clearly lets you invision the scene, so it's deep. I think that's why I was able to come up with a choreography like that.

ï¼ï¼What kind of thoughts did you have as you told Aina you wanted to "Go to your school building"?

Ling Ling:I feel refreshed (when I go). Even my dreams... Like "After school, I can eat something" or "Will I be able to get a boyfriend if I go to high school?"... Just a small hope like that is a very peaceful hope. I'll be able to remember the times I had such hope.

ï¼ï¼You go so you can feel those memories?

Ling Ling: Yeah.

ï¼ï¼Next is "Shakai no Rule (Rule of Society)" written by Hashiyasume Atsuko.

Hashiyasume: This is something I wrote about a year ago, but at that time there is a "Person A" or "Person B" who was the hot topic amongst the public. And both "Person A" and "Person B" were on TV, but their occupations are different. And they seemed diligent. But those diligent people are the ones who sometimes unexpectedly end up doing terrible things when people aren't watching, and a long time ago they wouldn't have been caught, but currently there are things like SNS so it's easier to be caught because people can take pictures.

170703_bish_tb011.jpg
â–²Hashiyasume

ï¼ï¼Oh like â—‹â—‹â—‹â—‹ and â—‹â—‹â—‹are caught together. (Note: I think they're specifically talking about celebrities)

Aina: Your intuition is sharp!

Hashiyasume: Very sharp.

Aina: Explaining this story always takes a lot of time but no one ever understands.

Everyone: (Laugh)

ï¼ï¼No, I just gave an example (Laugh). And then?

Hashiyasume: For example, let's say someone cheats (on their bf/gf), if their motive (of cheating) is to get their name out, I think it's okay (Note: I don't know if it's easy to understand but some celebrities cause trouble to get the public talking about them and to get their name known and not because they really want to cause trouble. So she's saying if that celebrity didn't cheat because they liked someone else but because they wanted to get people talking about them, then it's acceptable). I think they're brave too. Even if such things happen, if you sleep for one night, you will be able to think "I will work hard again tomorrow". It's that kind of lyrics. For songs that the other members wrote, people often think "I wonder what this means?" or "How did these lyrics come out?", but mine is pretty straightforward, and no matter who reads it, they will be able to understand. This "Shakai no Rule" is pretty easy to understand if I may say so myself, and I like this song. But it ends really quickly. It ends after about 3 minutes and 1 second (Laugh).

ï¼ï¼What kind of thoughts or impressions did you have of "Shakai no Rule"?

Chittiii: When I first saw the lyrics I thought "This is so Hashiyasume!". So I said, "This is very Acchan" but after she explained the lyrics to me later on, it turned out to be about a completely different person so I was like "Seriously?". But I thought she was able to naturally put her character into her work. Acchan is very cheerful, so I think it came out well (into the lyrics). A lot of BiSH's songs were like "BiSH may look cheerful but they're actually not" or songs that "Couldn't completely see the light", but this is truly cheerful and "New". Including the fact that it was chosen as the ending theme for the anime, "HEYBOT", I feel like this song allowed us to show a new side of BiSH, so that's a good thing! It's fun to sing and the music is like a pop idol's song but I like it a lot.

ï¼ï¼Momoko wrote the lyrics to two songs for this album. First is "Marionette". What kind of thoughts or images did you have when writing the lyrics?

170703_bish_tb022.jpg
â–²From the left: Momokoï¼Hashiyasume

Momoko: For jobs that require standing out in front of people, a certain character is given to us to some extent right?

ï¼ï¼That's true. Same for everyone in BiSH.

Momoko: But in reality it's not so simple that we can just say a certain person is "this type of character". So I wrote this by overlapping a doll that is trapped inside a display case and a girl who struggles because she cannot show her true self since she is only being viewed as "this kind of character".

ï¼ï¼Why did you choose to write that at this time?

Momoko: At the time, I may have experienced something similar, but when Ayuni joined, I thought "She's so cute like a doll", so everyone kept saying she is "Cute", but I thought maybe she struggled because of that as well. Like she has to try to be cute (to meet expectations). Maybe I was able to write these lyrics because I could feel that (from her).

ï¼ï¼What kind of thoughts or impressions did Ayuni have for "Marionette"?

170703_bish_tb020.jpg
â–²Ayuni D

Ayuni D: I like it a lot. Because initially I couldn't express myself well. It's not like I had to be a certain character, but I just couldn't express myself, so I was able to relate with the lyrics.

ï¼ï¼Are you able to express yourself now?

Ayuni D: I don't know if it's obvious, but I'm able to be myself in front of members.

ï¼ï¼Now that you mention it, you don't have that "What should I do?" type of expression that you used to have all the time anymore.

Ayuni D: Before, I wasn't able to smile during lives but now I'm naturally able to think "This is fun"!

Finally finished part 2...

PART 2:

ï¼ï¼Next is "Nothing." also written by Momoko.

Momoko: There was a WACK training camp audition right? This is the lyrics I came up with back then. BiSH originally started when BiS disbanded at Yokohama Arena and the idea of "restarting BiS" came up. I wrote this thinking about that, but if you take a close look at the lyrics I wrote, in some places I used phrases from BiS's "FiNAL DANCE" like "Loneliness is fate", so I'm writing about a connection between us and the former BiS.

ï¼ï¼Why did you choose to write that at this time?

Momoko: BiS is gone because they disbanded at Yokohama Arena. But BiSH will continue, so I wrote lyrics like "Words like 'Loneliness is fate' has no purpose" and opposed (the original lyrics) and I think I wanted to add hope.

ï¼ï¼What was the "BiS" that disbanded in Yokohama Arena like to Momoko?

Momoko: A legend. Like a group that became a legend. So it feels different from the current BiS. Like they (current BiS) didn't sing "FiNAL DANCE" right? And after getting accepted into BiSH, the first BiS music video I watched was "FiNAL DANCE" and at the end of the music video, it said "to be continued..." so I thought "Oh, we're the continuation (of them)". So (as I was writing) I thought back to how I felt, and at the time I was worried, thinking "BiS at Yokohama Arena is amazing! Can we really do something like this?". But this time Watanabe-san (BiS and BiSH's manager and producer/President of WACK) prepared a very big stage for us at Makuhari Messe, so I feel like we are at least getting closer to them. And so I thought maybe if it's now, I can write "Nothing.".

ï¼ï¼In Momoko's perspective, what kind of group is BiSH?

Momoko: I think BiSH's individuality is prominent and in that aspect we're not lacking to the BiS at that time. And also each member has found their place in the group so we're able to become one. I think that's a good thing.

ï¼ï¼This "GiANT KiLLERS" mini album has 5 such songs, but after releasing this, you have biggest scale one-man live in your history at Makuhari Messe. Can each of you tell me what kind of motivations you have?

Chittiii: Before this tour started, I couldn't even imagine standing on Makuhari's stage, and thought it was scary... Like "Ma-makuhari?". So even when I'm told "I heard you're going to perform at Makuhari. Congratulations" there is a part of me that can't properly say "Thank you". During all that we did a small box tour* for the first time in a long time, and since our previous stage was Zepp-scaled, the feeling was completely different. The distance between us and the audience is close, and we were able to go to places we've never been to, and a lot of new audiences came, so the feeling of them being excited for that day can strongly be felt. They were shining. Both their smiles and their crying faces. We can feel it with our bodies so we gain power from them each time. So each time we perform as if our life is on the line. Before this I didn't feel it to the extent where I thought "Everyone is serious about this", but now I feel it a lot. Even through the words we speak. BiSH is aiming for the same goal and I feel it strongly that everyone is looking beyond Makuhari. So I'm happy the current 6 members can stand at Makuhari and of course we're working hard towards that, but I'm happy to feel that everyone "Wants to continue this forever". (*Direct translation of å°ç®± (kobako) is small box. This means that the stadium/theater's capacity is small).

ï¼ï¼How about for Aina?

Aina: During Yaon there was something that naturally stirred up within me, but at the time I was doing everything I could to the best of my ability. This time... I'm putting everything I can into it as well, but I feel like "I'm not improving" unless I find a different "me". I kept thinking that during the tour. Honestly, I don't know the answer yet, but I think "Just putting my all into it isn't enough", so for interviews like this, saying things like "I want to make Makuhari a great stage" is...

ï¼ï¼Those kinds of feelings aren't enough is what you're trying to say.

170703_bish_tb018.jpg
â–²From the left: Ainaï¼Momoko

Aina: I end up thinking that way so I don't know how to say it... But lately I think no matter what kind of stage it is, whether the audience is far or close, I think "I will sing (as if) there is only a distance of 1 tatami mat between us", so when I started doing that, naturally... Kind of like drinking one on one with them whether they're sitting in the first row or the back (Laugh). That moment is super fun! "My distinction" is a very touching song, but instead of just singing it emotionally, if you sing as if you're singing it to just one person, I think "Singing like this is better" when I watch the video later on. Including all of that, I'm searching for a solution. Like "Would it be better if I showed that I was singing it one on one?". There are tons of people who are working hard at singing and dancing, but there are people who are better at singing and dancing than me but have to make a living by working a part-time job, so within (the idols) what should I work hard on, is what I keep thinking about.

ï¼ï¼I will be looking forward to seeing the Aina who found the answer at Makuhari. Next is Ling Ling.

Ling Ling: …Every time during the tour, it's tough and agonizing, but when we stand on the last big stages like at Stellar Ball and Yaon, I think "I'm glad I'm in BiSH" every time. I learned that several times, so I'm excited for Makuhari... Because I'm sure I'll be able to feel the happiness of thinking "I'm glad I'm here".

ï¼ï¼How about for Ayuni?

170703_bish_tb030.jpg
â–²From the left: Hashiyasumeï¼Ayuni D

Ayuni D: Disgusting.

ï¼ï¼Disgusting? What is?

Ayuni D: I am.

ï¼ï¼If you were to be specific, what part of you is disgusting?

Ayuni D: During this tour, I kept thinking... I can't stand on Makuhari's stage like this. So every time I tried to be conscious to notice my new self every time... Like "This is it!", but I wasn't satisfied with the results, so I hope I can show the "me" that I want to be at Makuhari.

ï¼ï¼Do you want to be a different person from the time you stood on Yaon's stage?

Ayuni D: Yeah. In both a good and bad way, the 'me' that stood on Yaon's stage doesn't exist anymore.

ï¼ï¼How about for Acchan?

Hashiyasume: There is a gap of 1 month after the tour ends to when Makuhari starts, but Makuhari isn't a "one-shot" performance, but a ã€BiSH NEVERMiND TOUR RELOADED THE FiNAL “REVOLUTiONSâ€ã€‘. It's the end of a tour so it's the compilations of 20+ performances. Why were we able to do so many performances? While searching for the answer/meaning, we want to show what we have learned. The first performance started at Miyako, and our performance, MC, and skits started getting more praises and we were told that we "Got better" a lot. But I wasn't satisfied at all so after our performance at Hyogo finished (finishes? I'm not sure when this interview happend even it was posted in July) on June 25th, we have 1 month until Makuhari, so I definitely don't want to forget about the 20+ performances, and during this time I want to think about what I am able to do. I am excited for Makuhari, but also worried, so we have to sharpen our skills, watch videos of other people who performed at Makuhari, and fix the factors that make us worried. Also I'm sure it's difficult for the people in the back to see but I don't want them to think "I wasn't able to have fun" and want them to think "I want to go to their next live as well"...

Aina: You want to make it a festival right?

Hashiyasume: Yeah, I want to. My number 1 goal is "For everyone to have fun", so for that to happen, I have to have fun too. So I want to get fix that factors that make us worried by (the time we perform at) Makuhari. But I'm very excited.

ï¼ï¼How about for Momoko?

170703_bish_tb022.jpg
â–²From the left: Momokoï¼Hashiyasume

Momoko: During Yaon's tour, a lot of things happened, so it was a tour that made me feel like BiSH was growing. But for this tour, not a lot of things happened. Watanabe-san didn't intervene and give us challenges, so every time all we did was show a good side of BiSH. For Makuhari, whether you're coming to see us for the first time, or you only know "Orchestra", or even if you don't know the members well, we want you to be captivated by BiSH before going home. I want it to be a live like that and I hope we can be optimistic as we stand on the stage.

ï¼ï¼Seems like... BiSH has changed.

Aina: No, we're not always like this! Even if we're asked "What do you want to do at Makuhari?" all we can say is "We want to make it a festival!!"! We haven't changed at all (Laugh).

170703_bish_tb006.jpg
â–²Aina

ï¼ï¼No no no... Let's just say that you have "changed".

Everyone: (Laugh).

ï¼ï¼BiSH has changed. You guys have become genuine professionals.

Aina: Not at all (Laugh)!

ï¼ï¼But jokes aside, you guys have become more professional, causing you to be worried and feel like you want to change, and that's also why you guys started thinking about what's going to happen after Makuhari.

Aina: No, it's because you created a strict atmosphere! We were swallowed by the atmosphere and thought "We have to sound diligent" (Laugh).

ï¼ï¼Getting back to topic, I think this live at Makuhari will be a turning point for, of course BiSH, but also WACK as a whole, Watanabe-san, Matsukuma-san, and Matsukuma-san's daughter. If Makuhari succeeds, Watanabe-san's declaration of "Aim to be like HelloPro! I want to create something that will last for 30 years", may become reality.  So I want to hear what you guys think about whether WACK can be like HelloPro...

Aina: But BiSH doesn't think of themselves as idols.

Momoko: But within WACK sometimes the members trade.

ï¼ï¼HelloPro also started doing transfers and (there are members who have) concurrent positions. The other day Ling Ling attended ℃-ute's last concert, how was it?

Ling Ling: …Uh, it was (Covers her mouth, and eyes become red).

ï¼ï¼What happened?

Ling Ling: …I'm sad. I'm about to cry.

Chittiii: She was sad since the day before their disbandment.

Ling Ling: …

ï¼ï¼Oh you can't endure it anymore?

Ling Ling: …

ï¼ï¼I see. I was also unable to speak about ℃-ute for a while so I understand how you feel.

170703_bish_tb025.jpg
â–²Ling Ling

Ling Ling: ...℃-ute doesn't exist anymore.

ï¼ï¼Yeah.

Ling Ling: I'm unable to... Accept a world... Where ℃-ute doesn't exist.

Everyone: ...

Ling Ling: I feel like a gross person.

ï¼ï¼No you're not.

Chittiii: But I can relate with her story. When Ono-san (Ono Erena/AKB48) graduated, I was like this. I was crying everyday.

ï¼ï¼BiSH may or may not become a presence like that. If you're talking about ℃-ute, it took them 15 years if you include their days from HelloPro Kids...

170703_bish_tb031.jpg
â–²From the left:Momokoï¼Hashiyasumeï¼Ayuni D

Aina: Amazing!

Hashiyasume: 15 years? So like if someone was born (at the time they started working) they would be in the third year of middle school?

Aina: If we were active for 15 years would we be in our 40's?

Hashiyasume: ...There is no one.

Aina: Huh?

Everyone: (Laugh)

Hashiyasume: No one. There is no one will be in their 40's!

ï¼ï¼Well either way let's wrap this discussion up by saying scale-wise you will be aiming for Hello Project level. If that happens, it will have a big influence over WACK. I'm sure it's not easy, but hearing BiSH talk today, I feel like you guys will break through that much.

170703_bish_tb010.jpg
â–²From the left: Hashiyasumeï¼Ayuni Dï¼Chittiiiï¼Ling Ling

Aina: Seriously!?

ï¼ï¼Don't you feel like you guys will break through, Chittiii?

Chittiii: Break through... I feel like I can see it.

Momoko: (Laugh)

ï¼ï¼There's a member who just snorted at your comment (Laugh)?

Momoko: No, I just thought she sounds like a fortuneteller! She said "I feel like I can see it"!

Chittiii: But for sure everyone's consciousness and way of thinking is changing.

Aina: That's true. A long time ago, Chittiii and I were talking at Takada no Baba Station and we started crying... Like "I want all the members to have the same goal" or "I wish practices would be more like this".

Chittiii: Around that time Acchan and Ling Ling joined.

Aina: We don't have talks like that anymore and we're all aiming for the same thing, we're finally at that point. After Hug Mii left and Ayuni joined, we became the current six and we're finally there.

Chittiii: Right now everyone looks like they're having fun to me. I don't know what made us like that but everyone is enjoying BiSH and we're all starting to think "BiSH is my life".

ï¼ï¼Lastly, July 22nd will be BiSH's decisive event/live at Makuhari Messe, please give out a message to those who are coming.

Chittiii: At Makuhari, we want to make it a day where everyone, including the people who came because they like BiSH or people who are coming to see us for the first time, to think "I like BiSH". And if that day turns out well, it will be a legendary day. Like a few years later or many years later, we want to be able to brag that "On this day, BiSH went to Makuhari". So I think you should really come. If you come, I'm sure your piled up stress will blast away. And Acchan said "I want it to be (like) a festival".

Hashiyasume: Yeah I want to have a festival!

I didn't finish reading the second part of the interview until now. It's interesting there was so much talk about becoming a HelloPro type organization. I've been wondering if Watanabe is aiming to create and Alternative-Idol empire (why else reform BiS?). There's definitely an audience for it. I just don't want it to get out of control and decline like H!P did.

I didn't realize Lin Lin was at C-ute's final concert. I could feel the love rlytearpls.png

Seems like their Makuhari live was a success. I'm amazed how Ling Ling can scream like that and then go right into singing lol.

Lin Lin used to have trouble with this, but she's gotten allot more consistent. I just hope she takes care of her voice.

btw, love the new sig! Poor Momoko XD

I like "regular" idols too but I prefer alternative idols. These girls especially have such great music and their interviews are interesting to read as well. They often write lyrics and even that's interesting.

Ling Ling wrote about C-ute's concert on her twitter a month ago but I didn't know she was such a big fan until reading the interview.

(I went to °C-ute's disbandment live. An ending is sad but because it's the end they were shining so bright. Even if it's the end, they will continue to live on, being surrounded by many people, it's so cool and I'm proud. Arigato-Thank you very much (she wrote the English word for thank you very much in Japanese) for your hard work during the 15 years)

I'm also worried about her screaming a lot but judging by their recent lives, she seems to be improving so maybe for now it's okay.

And thank you, this scene of the mv was so shocking to me that the first time I watched it, I gasped and was frozen for a few seconds lol.

Hey when you look at what BiS turned into, its actually pretty amazing (all the alt idols that came out of it). Plus everything is pretty dispersed so it seems like it won't turn disastrous either, hahaha

Avex posted a video for "Nothing."

It's very touching.

With the interview (from above) in mind, I translated the lyrics (written by Momoko)

Aina Ayuni Chittiii Hashiyasume Ling Ling Momoko

I don’t want to lose anything anymore, but

What am I able to do?

Even if I’m just asking for the impossible,

I’m sure it won’t be ‘nothing’, so

To the sky ahead

On the notebook I started to write in,

There are words that are isolated and left unrewarded

Is it because I’m an idealist?

Is it all my fault?

It’s a question I’m still unable to handle

Alone in my illusions

I secretly struggled,

Even if I’m always screaming,

Even on nights where anything and everything is boring,

I’m dreaming about that day

We were always reckless to the extent we couldn’t see anything anymore

The 'FiNAL DANCE' was set free and

I just want to continue watching what will be ahead of the scenery that’s about to start

How frustrating

Let’s overcome the the days we cried

For now, I only want to believe the light we saw

Words like “Loneliness is fate†is futile,

Don’t you think so?

Yes

It’s an undependable story, but

It’s all I have right now

Am I just a dreamer?

Is it written in the books?

Even now I’m unable to find the answer

Inside my illusions,

I’m still standing on that stage, continuing to sing

Even on nights where I want to be killed alone,

I’m dreaming about that day

Ah all night long

Let’s continue being dreamers

It’s not too late

A bird that can’t fly, and me, who can’t stand

Bad-mouthing all the time, there’s no use, it’s stupid

Don’t give up

I don’t want to lose anything anymore, but

What am I able to do?

Even now, the scenery from back then won’t leave my body

I will overcome it

I will one day accept my uncool heart

Even if I’m just asking for the impossible,

Words like “Loneliness is fate†is futile,

Don’t you think so?

Yes

Aina will be appearing on Avex's Disney album "Thank You Disney". She'll be singing a cover of "Part of Your World" from the Little Mermaid. Yes, get that promo ahmagahplz.png

I'm so excited for this!

I'm late on this, but Lin Lin changed her hair. She looks so pretty now!

I really love this color on her.

Shinkai Makoto (the person who made 'Kimi no Na Wa' aka Your Name) tweeted about BiSH's 'Promise the Star'

"For BiSH's 'Promise the Star', whenever I think 'I want them to edit the cut here' they do it 100% of the time. The editing fits my taste perfectly so I love this MV"

Hashiyasume replied saying "Nice to meet you! I'm so happy that you like it.... Thank you so much!" to which he replied "Thank you as well! I will be looking forward to your activities!"

It's nice to hear that kind of positive feedback. Hopefully he works with them again.

Translation of her comment for the video Sasori posted:

"For a long time, I've been saying that Ariel is my favorite character from Disney. I especially liked 'Part of Your World'. I liked it so much that when I watched the movie in Japanese, I wrote down the lyrics, memorized it, and sang it. I also liked 'Under the Sea'. For 'Under the Sea' I made up a choreography and performed it in front of my mom. So I'm so happy because I like it. For the people who only listen to BiSH's songs, these songs will be refreshing, but I hope to show a new me"

With this in mind I also wish she sang in Japanese. But I'm not complaining because she sounds good in the preview lol.

Also BiSH will be having another tour in 2018. Sadly I won't be able to go to Japan on any of those dates...

She dyed her hair again.

"Mito-san dyed my hair. At SORA! It seems like there is three colors in here. I can't decide whether I want to cut my bangs or not"

Edit...

OMG their documentary is coming out in December!
