A Pink’s Bomi and BTOB’s Ilhoon to Step Down from “Weekly Idol�

According to an exclusive report by TV Report, A Pink’s Bomi and BTOB’s Ilhoon will no longer be appearing as supporting MCs of “Weekly Idol.â€

 

On June 30, a representative of MBCEvery1’s “Weekly Idol†confirmed the news to TV Report: “Jung Ilhoon and Yoon Bomi will be stepping down from their positions as co-hosts of ‘Weekly Idol.’ The upcoming July 8 episode will be their final broadcast.â€

 

Bomi and Ilhoon have played an important part in supporting MCs Jung Hyung Don and Defconn in the beginning segment of the show for a number of years.

 

As reported by the show rep, the first half of the show will temporarily be put to an end following Ilhoon and Bomi’s leave, and will be filled by the weekly idol guests for the time being. The producers have yet to find replacements for the two co-hosts.
