Personal opinion only: since Yesung himself spoke "in favor" of Jonghoon, maybe you could write "Jongwoon/Jonghoon" at first (to let people more time to hear the news & time to adjust for the few who dislike the change...) and later decide to put "Jonghoon" only?

 

That's exactly y I changed my opinion. We ended up bashing his Mom somehow. But everything she did was out of love for her son. She loves him so she wanted the best possible future for Ye, so she changed it with best will. And in fact I rlly have high respect for Yesungs whole family. His Mom, Dad and his cute brother. His family is one out of 3 members families I like the most, after Hyuks and Teuks. So I don't rlly would like to go against her or Yesungs will. I simply try to make a spagat between that ppl find what they search for and Yesungs wish. I will make both, as u sayed.

Hmmm....i haven't fully "digest" with this shocking name changes news...maybe you may add-in the new name & let more people to discuss to decide change it or remain or add-in the new name...

U mean to make a poll? Idk I never made one. And sure not on phone... :(  I will make it Jongwoon/Jonghoon I think.

I think our first reaction as fans was understandable because of 1/ cultural differences ( = how can someone change someone else's name like that? it's kinda shocking for international fans) and 2/ Yesung seemed to be disapproving. But now that we had cultural explanations from Koreans and that he publicly defended his mother's decision/said he'll use his new name, we should stop judging and do the same. But ofc it'll take some time to "digest" the news, as far as I'm concerned I still think of him as "Jongwoon", it's too new for my brain to correct it :lol:  (that's why I thought that changing the thread's name progressively would be a good idea  :) ). It's just a matter of habits, we'll get used to it soon I guess ^^

O/c its shocking. I was shocked too. But more as this, I was more curious for explanation of how its even possible. Non European nor from Russia or USA would know it. Plus this believing in fortune-teller to the point of change a name after 30 years. The fortune stuff isn't this important here and maximum fun.   See, I thought I am used of Korea already, but than came this. U understand that u know 0 abt Korea. :( 

 

Yes, I had this light goes on when I was working yesterday. I thought abt it with clear head and thought abt the why. We should be more thanksfull to her that she loves him so much and care so much about him and his luck. We all know that there are enough Moms in the world who don't care about their kids. As I thought this I got sad and thankful forward her. I am thankful that she gifted us such a wonderful human being. It may sound stupid but its like it. W/o her we couldn't able to enjoy Yesungs beautiful voice. So all I feel for her is love and being thankful. We shouldn't question her doing. 

 

Since I was always referring to Yesung as Yesung, I will not have a massive problem with the change. O/c it will take a while, but its not a big deal. I wasn't even calling him or me "cloud", I was always calling him (and me; fits for both of us) "turtle". So ... Everything still like it was. And in the end its only one letter.

He did literally nothing! He only came forward cam but always stood behind the girl. He was calm and only smiled. Maybe tried to be funny with the smiling.. Wow how bad... And in the end he was celebrate his last stage and his fans, again in the background! 

 

Yesung worked hard, rlly rlly hard for his Album, for 4 years! He had to push it back for several times and its luck he was finally supposed to stay on this stage in general. So he was grateful forward fans. It was his last stage. Everyone rlly should shut up.

what is wrong with everyone? Why can't he do that ?? OMG he was having some harmless fun and saying goodbye to his fans... like someone who's enjoying his goodbye stage... he didn't catch that girl's mic or something that could have disturbed her, that was clearly NOT what he was willing to do AT ALL

Agree with both of u. I see it the same. 

 

Plus I still think, that beside boredom and searching for stupid controversy, he also gets bashed for the usual reason. He is a SJ member, so y not.... :(.. He did nothing wrong.

That was hilarious! How they shuffled behind Eunji then back to the MC's then back to Eunji. This is the only time during his debut that he was on stage and didn't look like a dead man walking or faking a smile.  It made me feel good to see him happy enough to be goofy. Ok, pumping both fists in the air during the encore might have been a bit much for Eunji's fans, but IDC!!  He was happy! I also really enjoyed the duet with Dalchong. He seemed cheerful and lighter during that too.


I agree with u. It even was my first thought as I saw him. I saw a happy smiling Yesung and was touched. I love to see him like this. I honestly even rlly happy for this moment. I don't care for "controversy" (I mean I do care), but there is smg what means more to me, and its an happy Yesung. The hater will calm down in a time but we will still have this precious moment, don't we? Its more worth as anything else.

Anyway, today is Mothers day (internationally), so Yesung posted more cute kid pics of him, his Mom and his Brother.

Sorry!  Why would SBS deprive us of the only performance of that song during his promotions? At least KBS CoolFM published 'My Dear' performed on SuKiRa on YT. It's hard to find because they didn't use any English in the title.

Something I forgot to talk about: Yesung recently deleted many of his Instagram pictures. The Twitter account @YesungMorocco re-posted them (there are 20 tweets with 3/4 pictures each time). Many were related to his album's release, but not all of them. I don't really know what to think of that.

Hello  :)  sorry for the lack of update yesterday but... well... sure you understand.

 

u arent the only one.. i was more as same.. but even more coz of the other, private thing i told u abt. It was a traumatic day. And its not as if my mood or situation is any better today tbh.. i know it might be shit, but i still ask u to update a few days longer till i sort my private feelings out. 

 

i also dont think that any of the member will post anything in next time by themself. would wonder me. them might be quit for a while.

You're welcome :chu: I haven't been able to do anything today since I'm sick & stuck in bed... so glad I had Super Camp to entertain me ;)

i had a wonderful day.. and this is like a crown.. Its more than only ears and eyes blessing.. it also blessing my heart. He literally stand there like an angel in light shinning on his hair.. so wonderful..

I have to agree and also thanks alot. There is no single change i could have updated even a part of this all. Tbh i didnt even saw this all till now.. Its hard to update for me on some days,  friday and week end is part of it.. so there will also not be much  chance i can update tmr.. (i pray for someone to update the Leeteuk thread coz of KCON, but well it will wait till sunday or stuff)

 

as for the concert i wish i could see it.. or hear it (when i have less headache) .. especially i am interested in the new song.. is it the one in the YT video?
