Kangin was working so hard to promote Yeye to the ahjummas LOL
But Ye was not in the mood.
This was shot in April 19, the day his album was released
And we know that he sad that time. He even cried
Maybe that's why he wore those dark shades the whole time
But I'm happy everytime I see a genuine smile.

MBC deleted the original version and uploaded a audio changed one. 

 

they louded Yesungs voice and deleted the background voices, rain and fans screaming. And instead of apology they managed to spell Yesungs name wrong. They wrote "YesEung"..  :soul:  :donthinkso:  :wth:  :twitch: 

its a new level... 

 

 

What a shame on doing this...deleted the background when everyone was listening to it LIVE...

So disappointed with MBC....they should have apologize for all these problems occurs during the show... :unimpressed:  :donthinkso:  :twitch:

According to this, the name change wasn't recently, but years go already.

 

 

I am sad for Yesung, his life is better as any soap opera .. never ending joke. But idk how its even possible. It wouldn't be possible here.

No I will not change. I might add it later if I get a laptop into my finger one day and make a note, but I will not rlly change it. The most know him under Jongwoon. And his fan sites aren't going to change their names eighter if I heared right.

OMG!!! Just because the mother felt the name doesn't good & changed it without even telling Yesung!!! What the heck is she doing? Don't even know that Korea can allow such things happened without the person signature for approval...but i still prefer his name "Kim Jong Woon" ...I'll be screaming to my mother if she do that to me....Poor YeYe...what a sad life he have... :cry:

Personal opinion only: since Yesung himself spoke "in favor" of Jonghoon, maybe you could write "Jongwoon/Jonghoon" at first (to let people more time to hear the news & time to adjust for the few who dislike the change...) and later decide to put "Jonghoon" only?

That's exactly y I changed my opinion. We ended up bashing his Mom somehow. But everything she did was out of love for her son. She loves him so she wanted the best possible future for Ye, so she changed it with best will. And in fact I rlly have high respect for Yesungs whole family. His Mom, Dad and his cute brother. His family is one out of 3 members families I like the most, after Hyuks and Teuks. So I don't rlly would like to go against her or Yesungs will. I simply try to make a spagat between that ppl find what they search for and Yesungs wish. I will make both, as u sayed.

But now that we had cultural explanations from Koreans and that he publicly defended his mother's decision/said he'll use his new name, we should stop judging and do the same. But ofc it'll take some time to "digest" the news, as far as I'm concerned I still think of him as "Jongwoon", it's too new for my brain to correct it :lol:  (that's why I thought that changing the thread's name progressively would be a good idea  :) ). It's just a matter of habits, we'll get used to it soon I guess ^^

O/c its shocking. I was shocked too. But more as this, I was more curious for explanation of how its even possible. Non European nor from Russia or USA would know it. Plus this believing in fortune-teller to the point of change a name after 30 years. Yes, I had this light goes on when I was working yesterday. I thought abt it with clear head and thought abt the why. We should be more thanksfull to her that she loves him so much and care so much about him and his luck. We all know that there are enough Moms in the world who don't care about their kids. As I thought this I got sad and thankful forward her. I am thankful that she gifted us such a wonderful human being. It may sound stupid but its like it. W/o her we couldn't able to enjoy Yesungs beautiful voice. So all I feel for her is love and being thankful. We shouldn't question her doing. 

 

Since I was always referring to Yesung as Yesung, I will not have a massive problem with the change. O/c it will take a while, but its not a big deal. I wasn't even calling him or me "cloud", I was always calling him (and me; fits for both of us) "turtle". So ... Everything still like it was. And in the end its only one letter.

Ya, first reaction always was a shocking one...sooner or later, fans will literally accept his new name...

Just that one country have the own rules & regulation on name changing...

His mom did it also for Yesung's good...she love & care so much for his career & luck....her mother love toward Yesung are amazing..Am grateful toward her as I able to listen to Yesung's amazing voice  & seeing his awesome looks...

Time will help us to used to his new name.. :smile:

Yep, I couldn't agree more with everything you say  :) Calling him turtle is soooo cute! For me he's always been Jongwoon (so I try to adapt to Jonghoon). I never used the "cloud" nickname. He and Hyukjae are the only one w/ stage names that I don't really use (and Hangeng, but for me it's different); but I refer to Leeteuk and Shindong w/ their stage names, I'm so illogical ;)

Yesung worked hard, rlly rlly hard for his Album, for 4 years! He had to push it back for several times and its luck he was finally supposed to stay on this stage in general. So he was grateful forward fans. It was his last stage. Everyone rlly should shut up.

OMG he was having some harmless fun and saying goodbye to his fans... like someone who's enjoying his goodbye stage... he didn't catch that girl's mic or something that could have disturbed her, that was clearly NOT what he was willing to do AT ALL

Some people are so thirsty for useless controversies. They need to go out more and face real world's problems

Agree with both of u. I see it the same. 

 

Plus I still think, that beside boredom and searching for stupid controversy, he also gets bashed for the usual reason. He is a SJ member, so y not.... :(.. He did nothing wrong.
