hi, i'm new here! ^^ my name is hazel, and my ultimate bias (only and forever ã… ã… ) is yesung~ i've been away from sj fandom for a while and have been doing well (my last active phase was in sjworld forum a few years ago?)... but then BAM! SJ 7jib came out and it's so absolutely awesome but also made me miss yesung so much sigh. so i made an account just for this frusrating man, because i NEED to talk to similar-minded clouds about missing him and the feels that he's still giving me, despite his absence. T____T

so, anyone? :p

Yes, mememmemeeee! Only 8 more months, and then we can finally see him in action again! Not that his occasional selcas arent glorious, but one can never have enough Jongwoon in their life.

 

And ikr! He would've slayed Mamacita so hard. I'm planning to see SS6 when/if they come to Europe, but it'll never be the same...

 

oh yay! :D yeah, 8 months~ we survived for 16 months, what's 8 more?? /cries from lack of yesung nevertheless/  wow, i just backtracked all 9 pages and there were so many hot photos and gifs i spent almost all day just staring at them lol. thank goodness (or not? T_T) it's just 9 pages.

 

yess..!! his voice would've suited midnight blue/ evanesce really well.. i'm disappointed that he missed out on this album cos i really think it's the best since sorry sorry.. i love all the songs on it save for two or three!

 

have you been to a super show before? ^^ i hope they cover more than one country in europe this time! :D and maybe, just maybe.. yesung would be discharged before the end of the ss6 world tour and is able to join in some of them!! /fingers crossed heechul did for ss5 if i recall correctly..? i would cry if that happens and he manages to come for ss6 in msia (where i am)~

ic.. that's a shame. my 2nd bias is hyuk too! :3 and kyu/wook are tied for 3rd haha. actually i think it might happen tho (yesung being able to join in some of the ss6 stages), bcos i did some googling and apparently ss5 lasted frm march '13 to feb this year? i want it so bad too.. wouldn't even mind if it's not in my country as long as there are lots and lots of fancams!

yup, i've watched them during ss2 in my country before (i braved the concert alone cos i don't have any real life elf friends ã… ã… ) it was my second concert overall, and it being sj.. i spazzed and screamed myself hoarse like i never did before, even though alone lol. it lasted for abt 4 hours i think? but it felt like an hour to me, it all went by so fast! i bought the cheapest seat on the upper floor so couldn't manage to catch all of the dorky sj moments (and keep my eyes glued on yesung), but it was seriously fun. ^^ there was a lot of screaming going on though, so i couldn't appreciate the vocals exclusively (i would love to go to one of sj or kry's concerts in japan- heard the fans there stay silent during slow songs and only scream/clap after). but the atmosphere was amazing.

okay, i would like to assign myself the task of updating the thread with one singing!yesung video per day (or two days. or maybe three), because singing!yesung is always the best yesung (yes, even better than selca!yesung despite the sheer amount of selcas he posted before /judges him lol), and i just miss his voice so much gdi. ;~;

 

to start off- (okay technically this video only has less than a quarter of yesung's singing, but it was his last hong gil dong musical encore stage, and you can really see how grateful he is for the experience -- his beautiful heart just shines through in this fancam. a must-watch!) i found it cute how he kept messing with his wig's fringe tho- it used to be long and able to cover his face when he looks down, but for some reason it's short on the day this vid was taken, and i think he was lamenting the fact that he wasn't able to hide his face and emotions behind it lol. also, the cast were so kind to him :3

oct 6 nine years ago is the date where suju had their first showcase~ yesung mentioned that this date is really precious to him as it's the first day that he felt he really became a singer. happy ninth debut anniversary, bb, i'm glad you made it this far! ^^

yesung's resignation solo for SS2 in shanghai. his pitch wasn't perfect at certain times, but his voice and emotions here are glorious. i really like that he always tries to immerse himself in the emotions of the song. i've watched several ss2 stages for this song and sometimes he emphasizes certain lyrics differently but it always works.

 

little trivia:

 

the original lyrics of the final part goes like this-

i think i would miss you a lot
but i have to suppress it, so that i could forget
i don't want to have anything to do with this thing called love again
my final love, i want to give it to you who turned away..
i wish you happiness.. may you meet a person who is better than me..

but yesung always sang the bolded part differently.. many times he sang may your final love be me.. (or maybe it's may you meet your final love.., but it honestly sounds like the former!) once he even sang may you meet a person who is like me.. XD

i've come up with two possible explanations for this:-
-- either he forgot the lyrics (i doubt this since he sang this diff version several times... but then again he does have a knack for forgetting lyrics even to his own songs kekeke. get more sleep oppa)
-- or he is highly selfish/greedy when it comes to love, and the change of lyrics reflects his inner feelings hahaha

HAHAHAHAHA look at us, spazzing over an IG post that our bias' BROTHER posted about a friggin TOILET. I love Jongjin, I think he'd be a good laugh.

 

I really loved this one, someone made it before Yeye went to the army. It's really well done and leaves me with tears everytime:

 

hahahah cos the way he posted it is kinda funny. he also posted a photo of chaos and destruction and wrote about his weight gain (why so dramatic jj -.-"). okay back to yesung- he looks like he lost a bit of weight in his photos :( i miss his chubby cheeks :( (but i did hear that he uses a certain slimming, v-line inducing photo application on his selcas- i wish he wouldn't)

 

wow, that's a really well-made video~ and it addresses all the facets of yesung and jongwoon that we adore. ;3 i really hope he knows that he has a lot of fans still waiting for him, and doesn't feel any insecurity on that.

short sidenote: it makes me sad when ppl (esp fans) hate on yesung for posting on sns during his service. i mean, sure it may be unwise and could possibly be used as fuel against him and the group in the future, but to call him trash over it? as far as i'm concerned, the people that this will affect the most (his members) don't seem to mind and have even mentioned him in their sns/ commented on his photos... so who are you to judge. ._.

Idk if it actually was his intent, but it seems VERY coincidental if you ask me, haha. Almost too much. And poor Yeye is pretty insecure, we're seeing how he's trying very hard not to be forgotten, (like making his own This is Love cover, that was so adorbs) so it does like something he would do.

 

I really recommend watching 5000 questions with Shin Dong Yup, and Yeye, Heenim, Teukie and Shindong as guests, if you haven't already seen it. It really gives a wonderful bit of insight in their personalities. Plus, Yeye singing at the end is A+

 

Part 1:

I'm lazy, and finding part 2,3 and 4 should be easy, so...

yeah i've watched it.. ^^ poor yeye, he seemed pretty uncomfortable during the whole show. it's hard enough baring yourself to just one person, let alone being bared in front of an audience (but i loved the part where he poked fun at himself and also 'rescued' the awkward atmosphere by telling heechul he has to come back in a set amount of hours after going to visit the psychologist in the hospital lol). i wouldn't have guessed that he was insecure just judging by the way he carries himself tho (maybe minus the nail-biting, haha). but i used to think that the reason he showered so much affection and skinship (in his own weird way lol) on the members is because he wants to receive the same affection himself. i'm glad yesung fans are being so supportive with the woonvoice banner projects during ss5 + ss6~ ^^

2. What do you expect from a upcoming KRY album and Yesung solo?

1. i believe he's closest to hae too, his jokkeumani haha. but i think he's close to wook (previous roommates), kyu (kry activities), teuk (previous dj and mc activities) and hyuk (yesung = hyuk's trolling target) too~ just based on my personal observation. X) and yeah, most awkward with sungmin, hahaha, the most known awkward pairing in sj. i think we can chalk it up to personality differences. reminds of this little anecdote that ryeowook shared, where:

 

grp of sj members ordered budaejjigae and added a ramyun. sungmin: omg i love ramyun (and proceeded to dig in, taking up almost all the ramyun). yesung: >:OOO /Cue argument and fight =.="

 

idek.. yesung always cites sungmin's 'feminine' or sensitive personality as the reason they don't get along.. but in that anecdote he's being the sensitive one kkk XD

 

2. i would love more harmonizing too in the kry album~ plus def sorry sorry answer 2 in addition to their usual ballads! for yesung's solo~~~ i... would be really happy with anything at all tbh. XD but if there's a soulful rnb track
