Canal for the summer (full sized headphones make my ears uncomfortably warm in the summer) and for when I'm studying, to block some noise, but not everything so I still have some awareness.

When I want to listen to music with HQ, then full sized headphones.

lightweight or full size

I do use earbuds but they fall out constantly and the sound isn't good. my ears just don't agree with them. plus they're not bassy enough for my tastes

I use lightweight or full size when I'm at home. full size can be a bit annoying if you wear glasses though (bc they crush my ears between them) so lightweight is ideal

I'm mainly using these currently (they're kinda halfway between lightweight and full size)

I also like them because you can remove the sponge pads and the sweatband and wash them

these are my old ones I still use sometimes

I know Urbanears aren't the best soundwise, but they're decent for the price imo and they look good and are easy for commuting (the top model anyway, second pair are a bit awkward).

I would like to invest in some heavy duty Panasonic or Sennheiser over-ears one day tho (when I'm flush with cash)
