everypart 11,409 Posted June 24, 2015 Share Posted June 24, 2015 Wu Yifan's studio (Mr. Wu Yifan Studio) opened their official Weibo account today, exactly one year after he was announced as the male lead for his first movie, Somewhere Only We Know. Here's a brief summary of his accomplishments this past year: (incomplete but it covers some of the basics) "Wu Yifan Studio" is trending in the top 10. Sources are also saying that his debut album will start recording next month Follow his studio here! Luhan has a studio too, set up November of last year in partnership with One Heart Entertainment. It's more of a management group where the artist calls the shots. It's really unethical for label companies to act as their artists' managers IMO. That practice is mostly still in effect in Korea. China is wising up, at least. It only makes sense in a country where the artist is viewed as a replacable product and no one is supposed to question the bosses at the top of the hierarchy. It's like all of highschool we were bffs, but once people graduate, they lose contact and do their own thing.
