Didn't know there were rating problems. Really liked the show...... It has never really had good ratings. If this show wasn't as critically acclaimed as it is, it would've been cancelled by the 4th episode. It's a small miracle it even made it to 3 full seasons. Just 3 episodes of this new season and canceled it at least NBC had expected the final season to announced. My heart is broken, its the first time that one cancellation made me so sad.
