I mean  in a objective way I don't think Tzuyu is prettier than most visuals  it's just that she has a more enigmatic aura that can draw people in but if you look at her objectively she isn't prettier than either Yoona, Suzy or Irene. (facial wise)

As someone who was a big fan of Yoona and currently has mild interest in Tzuyu (my favorite in Sixteen is Mina), I definitely noticed Tzuyu's similarities to Yoona since the first time I saw her. They both have that demure and girl-next-door aura and quiet confidence to them.

 

But objectively speaking, the only category where Yoona really triumphs over Tzuyu in this poll is dancing. Both of them are equally weak at singing. Visual and body wise, Tzuyu takes the cake. Remember, she is only 16 right now. Imagine how much prettier she would look in a few years.

Tzuyu is a trainee so don't need to compare them, Yoona has like 8 years in the industry, the comparison of talents is unfair. In looks, imo, Tzuyu wins compared to 17 years old Yoona but The Boys' Yoona is a wall.

Yeah, I think do share some similarities....it's the aura they give off I think.

Like another poster said, it's unfair to compare a trainee to a well-established idol who has been in industry for almost a decade. If we're talking about debut Yoona and current Tzuyu, then I would say they are probably more on-par. 

 

Yoona's a favorite of mine (likewise with Tzuyu) and she has an amazing/successful career, so one can only hope that Tzuyu will be as fortunate to follow in Yoona's footsteps.
