Not just pretending not to see you, what would you do? I always thought I'd go there and ask the person what was the problem but when that happened to me I was so shocked I didn't even had a reaction, I just kept walking. If I see someone that I know from whereever, but I rarely talk to I usually go the other way to avoid social awkwardness, a lot of ppl do it and it's just out of instinct no hard feelings (but that hiding shit is childish and beyond disrespectful though) but if you guys DO talk and you see them blatantly avoiding you, they're either being really fake and squarish or something is going on in their life and don't really want to talk to anyone atm. Could've been in a bad mood too. Tell him/her you saw them over text or something and see what they say. If they say something like "...oh haha I thought that was you/oh really?" gotta move on to the next one bro, that ain't a "friend". She was with another girl I also know and a guy who I don't know. It doesn't bother me who she was with, it bothers me why she was hiding from me since I didn't do anything wrong. Your friendship is one-sided (not a good thing imo) and her distancing herself from you might mean that she might have be involved with the other person (maybe the 2 ppl you saw her with). It is your decision if you want to break up the friendship, if you do stand your ground and be careful with your words when telling her this. If you don't, you could change the closeness of your relationship like instead of treating her as a best friend of some sort to like an acquaintance or something. Idk... I hope this helps...
