No (proper) album repackage since RDR, promotions last for 3-4 weeks, no Korean concert in two years despite Korean fans literally begging for it. Subpar title tracks, disappointing promo cycles, unprofessional handling of promotions (remember the Mr.Mr. mess), cutting a vital member from the group with no logical explanation whatsover. I'm just gonna say how in the last 4 years SNSD promoted in their home country for about 3 months when all is counted. Three months! Not to mention how their Japanese promos are being handled poorly as of late. I'm sure Red Velvet fans, and well particularly f(x) fans have much to add about their bias groups. I'm just gonna mention the still on-going issue about f(x) not having a fandom name after 6 long years, no solo concert etc. Also Red Velvet's debut was handled poorly when you compare it to EXO's debut for example. SM got lucky with Ice Cream Cake, but from what I know they have yet to give them a variety show, despite their fans asking for it. What puzzles me is the lack of a concert but it's either because the members don't want it or SM doesn't think the concert will be big enough to be worth the planning. And you have to admit that the past two years, SM really improved this for all its groups without exception. (Ok, maybe Mr Mr, but I have a very good feeling for the next album).
