Do you think it's possible to happen this late in SNSD's career or not? Is SHY gonna remain just an ideology of passionate followers or is it gonna become the real thing? Secondly, who's going to be the main vocalist? SHY are of the least talented vocal-wise in SNSD, and only Hyoyeon is a proficient rapper. It will only work if instead of SHY, it becomes SHYYT. (Sooyoung, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Yoona, and Tiffany) Yoona because we need a popular member for it to sell, and Tiffany because we need a main vocalist, and also Tiffany is another really popular member. I never really understood the need for subgroups period when full group promotions always make more money. SM said TTS was supposedly made back when other members were doing other things and TTS wanted to sing. I'm not gonna debate that but it would only make sense to make a subgroup when certain members need spotlight TTS is the most popular besides Yoona so I dont really get them. I'm not really into SHY because I have a general sense of the music they would doso I would prefer a group comeback over SHY. HOWEVER fans of those three members are definitely justified in wanting SHY sub unit since these three besides sooyoung (her acting) don't really ever get to shine at all. They deserve a chance to try whether they would do well or not since TTS got a chance. The general public doesn't hate Taeyeon its the underworld of the internet pann that hates on her and Taeyeon is still the most popular member in SNSD with fans. That said Tiffany doesn't have to be in the subgroup neither does Taeyeon. My dream subunit is still SSHYY though (Sooyeon, Sooyoung, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Yoona) though. RIP And lol at the convo above about needing Tiffany when Seohyun and Taeyeon are better than her. Tiffany's relevance within the fandom comes from her leeching off of Taeyeon and TaeNy anyway, so if Taeyeon goes down within the fandom, so will Tiffany.
