Kinda... emo. tbh they're not my favorite band either, but Dan's voice is undeniably unique. Right, but I was more criticising his style. His tone is average, not bad at all. But overall, his singing is very very plain and comes off a lazy. Post 1D he's being hyped for his vocals. He's gonna have to step it up imo to get the general public to care.
