jongupaf 5,916
Hi can you guys tell me what your ranking would be on the Sonamoo girls? Sumin = suspenders Minjae = black skirt D.Ana = Ripped Jeans Nahyun = shorts with white pokadots Eujin = blue sweater tied around her neck High.D = bangs NewSun = blue sweatshirt thank you in advance It's very difficult to judge them cause Euijin and Nahyun are both the best dancers of the group, but Euijin has more technique, while Nahyun is more on the energetic side, so I would personally say (ranking only the Just Go performances): Euijin=Nahyun > Sumin (suits energetic dances more) > D.ana (suits powerful and charismatic dances more) > High.D (she's honestly amazing, dances so powerfully and has a lot of stamina, since she's the main vocal and still manages to hit high notes and show her stability) > New Sun > Minjae
jongupaf 5,916
Hello. I have a little question about EXO. I've noticed for a while that sometimes their dances don't look very synchronized. I know very little about dancing but Kai seems like he dances ahead of the others sometimes (maybe he is too good?). In the video below you can see him and Lay, who is considered a very good dancer too, from 0:50 to 1:12. They both dance very well but it seems a bit off to me, maybe is a question of style I don't really know but I'd like to understand if you could explain me what you think. Also what do you think about J-Hope, how good is he? could you explain a bit what are his strong/weak points? Thank you! For Kai, i think it's because he puts too much of himself into the dance, too much power, that sometimes it's off with the others. It's difficult because to be in sync with the other members, you have to put just as much effort as others, so that it feels one. As for J-Hope, well he is really really good. His moves are smooth and neat, not too much powerful nor too much focused on the technique (which still can be seen). I think he can really balance well the steps, the technique and feel, without doing too much. That is probably his strongest point. But his joints are probably one strong point too itself. jongupaf 5,916
Thank you for the fast answer! Can I ask something more? If not doing it too much is a strong point what do you think about Kai and Lay? Who is better for you? (judging from the previous dance for example) I'm not even a fan myself but people praise Kai so much that I wonder if he does it too much does that still look good? I personally think Lay is better. I mean Kai is definitely a great dancer, but he "works" the best alone, when it's only him on stage, when with Lay I can see both good sides within the group and alone. And that it also connected to what I said before. Edited March 31, 2015 by xbrokenarrow 1
