Should girls be allowed to play [American] Football with the boys?

Note, for the international people, in High School, most schools don't have girl football teams. Honestly, there are a million articles about girls being not able to join football because they're girls, but imo, I agree. Boys [in most cases] are built bigger and stronger than girls. Sure sure, I'm all up for being equal and whatever, but this is a physical sport.

I just don't think guys would be comfortable laying the smack down on a girl, since [some of us anyways] are raised not to even lay a finger on them. What do you think?

well as for my opinion, I do believe there's a biological difference between boys and girls and I would like it more if they have separate gender based teams like they do in basketball and soccer (football) 

 

however i don't think there should be a law forbidding a girl entering a football team tho. if she can tackle around with the boys why not

Separate teams would be more fair, but for schools that don't have separate teams, any girl that wants to try out should be allowed to do so.

sure. It's a stereotype that girls are weaker than boys. I've seen plenty of girls who are able to hold their own athletically against boys.

Yeah i agree they should just make a girls team. Its unfair that a lot of schools only have a boys one. My old school had a girls team, and my friend joined it and she was so excited about it lol

I really don't care about sports and I'm not really all that knowledgeable on the topic to give an informed opinion but let the girls tackle and kick some ass if they want to man. Separate teams if the school can fund it, or just let the girls try out. 

Schools have separate girls basketball/volleyball teams, why not football? Never got it.

When I was in high school there was a girl on the varsity team. My high school would allow girls on the team with boys if there wasn't a girls team to begin with. There was never a big fuss made over it. If you can play then play. The guys and the coach never treated her any different well that's what my brother said cuz he was teammates with her for a yr. If schools are so against it why not make a girls team. There are girls who love and want to play the sport why deny them that just because they are girls.

at my high school, the head coach of both our varsity and jv team said that he's okay with girls on the team, but in reality, I don't think any of us girls would wanna be given concussions by a bunch of bulky guys. My friend was thinking of trying out, but her parents didn't let her.

One of my friends tried out and played in high school with the guys. She did fine. I think there should be an option for girls. Some are interested and should be given the opportunity.
