Jean Grey 2,400
My weight was 57,4 kgs yesterday and I was really happy because it finally started working. But today is again 58 kgs. What the hell?? I couldn't gain that much in one night. I wasn't eating junk food or things with sugar. What's going on?
Eppo 7,020
That's why you don't weigh every day. Taking a shit can take off like 0.5kg but 1 tiny meal can also add 0.5. The body works in mysterious ways. Weigh once a week.
denizen mars 5,911
water retention/loss changes from day to day. part of why it's best to weigh at the same time each day and not worry about a few ounces change.

Pineapple 7,592
I wouldn't weigh yourself everyday, but when you do weigh yourself do it in the mornings, because over the course of the day you eat, hydrate etc... so it can fluctuate more if you're checking later in the day. Lassy 124
You have to weight yourself at the same time everyday. Like of course you're lighter before eating breakfast than after.

...... 3,962
you can put pounds on in a day...in less than a day... they aren't real pounds... they are water retention...and just... food... as mentioned...it's not really ideal to weigh yourself everyday...because you will always see fluctuation... it's recommended for most people to weigh themselves once a week...same day same time...typically morning...and it will give you a much more realistic idea of your progress. Typically, people who weigh themselves daily have a really hard time dieting...because they get frustrated by natural fluctuation...and this can lead to unhealthy dieting habits...and or just...giving up. mysunandmoon 2,266
I honestly fluctuate within 4kg a day! Don't take it to heart, and try not to rely on your weight too much.
