sm needs to stop only uploading the mv in naver 

 

that kinda kills the hype for the song

 

 

do you guys think station is a success?

 

Till now I really liked all the songs SM released.

I like all the songs, but only have 2 singles on my PC - Taeyeon and Wendy ones

a success or not, let's see how Wendy's single will do this time. The song is exactly what Korean usually love. From Taeyeon to Tasha, Station singles' performance on charts gradually regress, so Wendy's one is important

What's so hard with uploading to youtube /facepalm

Come to think of it, SM is usually good with youtube things (except for dance practice vids  :soul: )

I shared my thoughts on the SM station thread, but I thought it was pretty good initially. Like Rain was good, DO song was just for fans and wasn't made for the public... and then I really think they screwed up with YMR song timing. Like releasing YMR ballad while overlapping with her ballad OST clearly killed the hype for Station song. No one gonna listen to 2 ballads by same artist at same time; the drama is becoming really popular so they'll listen to her OST.

And then I think WendyxEric being released 1 day after XiuminxJimin was bad timing too cause you have two duets on the charts... everybody's gonna listen to xiuminxJimin. ANYWAY, I think it's doing decent... but they could have chosen a better week for YMR and Wendy collab  :unsure:

 

Music wise, not really only taeyeon, DO was good for me

 

I think the music is diverse though (except YMR is pretty standard).

SM is not playing games tbh SM Station is one of the best things that happened in K-pop for me since I stan only SM groups (I know my badges don't show that, I love AKMU and Epik High for music but I don't stan them) and I basically like all groups from this company so it's like K-pop miracle for me lol

I'm loving this Station thing, I really have all the songs released (except Wendy's new one - I don't think it's available on Spotify yet) on my computer and on my phone, all the songs are worth the listen. I am a fan of 3 SM groups and I really like the music from their other artists, and I know how many good songs SM can deliver, so I really hope that Station can keep this quality path until the end of the year.

their Weekly Idol episode will be broadcasted March 16th so their comeback date should be sooner. No info from SM

I stan mainly girl groups but I like boy groups' music, choreographies and concepts. Of course visuals as well  :hurr:

I'm pretty sure we can expect teasers coming soon and yeah, they will probably comeback between 2nd and 3rd week.

Ohh.. I guess because of Taemin... but then I wonder if they can fit in Tiffany solo or the rumored Yuri solo  :._.:

 

Too much overlap unless there are no Snsd solos at all....

I'll be so devasted if Yuri's solo will be only Station thing but I don't think we will get two songs from Soshi members that soon, plus Sunny already recorded smth that is as well said to be for Station. Don't believe all rumors tho I think Tiffany will debut in late March and Yuri in April or even both in April since SM only confirmed Red Velvet comeback for March.
