[1] 女儿香 (lit. "daughter's/woman's fragrance") is an alternative name for 沉香 (lit. "sinking fragrance/incense", in reference to its density) or agarwood. This resinous heartwood was and still is prized for its fragrance and has uses in medicine, incenses, and perfumes. Note that I used both the technical meaning "agarwood" and the literal translation "daughter's fragrance".

[2] 巾帼 refers to the headdress/hair ornaments of a woman and is hence used to refer to women in general. I think it's fair in this case to assume that there is an implicit "hero" that follows this "female", since 巾帼 is most often used in the context of outstanding female leaders and Mulan would be considered a heroine.

[3] æµèŠ³ (lit. "leave fragrance"; fig. "leave a good name/reputation") works literally with "agarwood"/女儿香 and also figuratively, wherein "daughter's fragrance"/女儿香 is considered a metaphor for Mulan herself.
