I don’t think Jennie is lazy. Don’t get me wrong, I have seen performances where she isn’t giving her best, and yes, I agree, she isn’t performing well, but there can be other explanations to that such as having an undisclosed health condition, or the fact that she is in YG and happens to be unlucky enough to be Yang Hyun Suck’s favorite, or both. We don’t know what goes on behind the scenes. And it’s not just Jennie, whenever idols don’t give their best on stage, I never think they do this because they are lazy, but because they are going through something we don’t know. I only pointed out her because it seems she is the one to continue to get a lot of hate for this, while with other examples it sorta blows over or public opinion changes when they overcome whatever problem they had.

People who say they are just being brutally honest, care more about being brutal than honest. Brutal honesty is something you do when for example, you know your friend's partner cheats on them. You know it's going to hurt them because they are in love, but the sooner they get out of that untrustworthy relationship, the better it is for your friend. Making a malicious comment to someone, especially if they are insecure about it, it's cruelty, not honesty.

I really want to be hyped for the Witcher TV series, but Netflix is rushing it so much. The showrunners they’ve chosen have a horrible resume, having worked on all critically panned shows. They are already filming with the intention of releasing it in fall. That’s just way too early.

There’s a lot to say about (G)I-dle’s Soyeon, but good leader, like what (at least) K-netz call her, is definitely not one of them. Surely I’m not the only who saw the episode on Queendom when they were deciding on which 2NE1 song to perform and how (of course I’m not the only one who saw that, it got pretty controversial in stan twitter for other reasons), and noticed she is pretty dictatorial; most members didn’t get their say other than being forced to agree with her, and other ideas were immediately shut down to go with her idea? Just because they had a smile on their face doesn’t make her a good leader, it just shows their professionalism in front of the camera. From what I saw in that scene, it looks like the others were resigned to her always getting their way and their ideas getting shushed. Yikes. She is young, she can still change, she can still became the one K-netz think she is, but now she needs a reality check and learn to be more open to other ideas.

YG is not a K-pop company that happens to employ a lot of criminals, it is a criminal organization with K-pop as a front. I’m kinda tired of fans still not realizing this and wonder why do things like the recent Lisa scam even happen.
