I like debut era BTS more than the current BTS and I wouldn't care if they did the 'same' genre other and other again. satoori rap, born singer, bil, coffee, tomorrow, cypher pt2 etc still remain superior.

and I need U era was the best era in terms of everything. especially the fandom.

I feel like nowadays half of the day6 stans are stanning them just because of jae's tweets and/or for bragging rights. I see so many of them saying 'look I stan a talented band!! day6 aren't dancing robots. my faves aren't idols.' blah blah blah. DAY6 is an amazing band, they don't deserve this kind of fans. the fandom was better during the day/daydream era imo. when people talked about their music and not just pitying them on all platforms.

Armies brought all the hate on themselves. If they weren't so obnoxious they wouldn't be getting so backlash.

It's okay to dislike a member of the group as long as you keep it to yourself. If you aren't commenting hateful things or bashing that one member I think it's fine.

NCT is a mess but not because of the member concept but SM is giving them a sound that doesn't fit the group. Leave the yolo swaggy songs to Monsta X or Got7 or nugu boy groups. SM you don't suit this style. NCT would be doing so much better if they were promoting songs like 'Switch' or had songs like 'Energetic'.

Seventeen, to me peaked during Love & Letter era. Every comeback since then just hasn't been as good and musical I don't care for them at all now.

Girl crush is a stupid name for a concept. What about girls who have crushes on cute girls instead hmmm. Also just because a song isn't cute doesn't automatically make it a girl crush song anyway.

I don't think Twice is the best looking girl group, and the hype around their looks confuse me.

Being able to dance is more important than being able to sing in Kpop. You can fake singing, you can't fake dance.

Fans getting worked up about lip syncing and singing live are insane. You can't tell if idols are singing live on music shows. They might sing live for some parts of the song and lip sync other parts. Some members might be live and some might not, They might have pre recorded vocals and still be singing live and having a technical person making sure the sounds are mashed well together. If it sounds okay what's the problem.

Kpop fans are fairly sexist, not everyone but a large portion.

People complain that too many groups debut but how many last more than 2 years. Tell me the active 2016 groups.

Not including subunits or project groups Ie IOI. Here is debuting groups on Wikipedia

1. Astro

2. BlackPink

3. Bol4 (kpop?)

4. CocoSori (probably not coming back, let's be real)

5. Cosmic Girls

6. Gugudan

7. Imfact (not really doing anything)

8. KNK (probably disbanding)

9. MAP6 (probably being shipped to Japan forever)

10. Masc (haven't released anything this year)

11. Momoland

12. NCT (I'll count the subunits as 1)

13. Of and Off (Never heard of them and they never released anything this year)

14. Pentagon

15. Sf9

16. The East Light (probably over)

17. Victon

18. Voisper (ballad group, probably don't really count)

19. Vromance (ballad group, probably don't really count)

Really I think we can only say that around 9 groups are for certain actively promoting as kpop groups and are going to continue to do so. 9 isn't even 1 group a month. It's not that many.

knk aren't disbanding. they are even posting on their official twt account. they will come back soon.

some armys really need to drop the elitist attitude. this is so annoying to even armys can't imagine how other stans must feel.

don't forget your roots. (most of them are ppl who discovered kpop yesterday this must be why)

if the fact that your faves' popularity triggers some people is what makes you happy in life then... you should go out and find a hobby.

it's not healthy for your mind to be too deep into kpop (or into anything actually)
