I like Boombayah more than Whistle, it's more upbeat and badass and powerful. But I like both, but the general opinion is Whistle >>> but I think I prefer Boombayah more now. 

 

I think Mina is the prettiest AOA member along with Seolhyun.

I actually think Jennie should be the visual of BP. I love love love Jisoo and the girl is gorgeous but for me Jennie is by far the prettiest, she's just so stunning

I don't find Lami's visuals special at all? People say Yoona and Jisoo have "bland" visuals but to me, as a Westerner, I always found Yoona very pretty and beautiful while Jisoo's visuals are very classic. For Lami though? I just find her so basic, visually. Honestly if one was to ask me what the visual lineup of SMNGG was, I would say Yiyang, Jungyeon, Koeun, and NingNing, Herin before Lami. Maybe even Hina.

 

She looks super cute and sweet but her visuals are so basic for me that I wouldn't even look twice at her if she went to school with me. I hate saying this but she even looks below average to me compared to most idols since most idols are really pretty.

 

I just don't get her hype at all and people are literally saying she's the next Yoona. Super unpopular opinion but I think she is very average visuals wise and I think Yiyang, Koeun, Jungyeon, and Ningning are way prettier. Herin too.

I find Ice Cream Cake to be the worst Red Velvet song, and I think One of These Nights and Happiness are by far their best songs. Also, Hot Cool Sweet Love was the worst song on The Velvet album, although it was still an amazing song. 

 

Also, I find Baby Soul and Sujeong to be the prettiest Lovelyz members along with Yein and Jiae. I feel like those two's visuals are never appreciated, but for me Sujeong is the prettiest in Lovelyz and Baby Soul is one of the prettiest. 

 

Baby Soul is just so cute to me, though my biases are still Yein and Kei.

I thought Cry was one of the less good Stellar songs. Sting is by far their best song, Cry was pretty good but it's forgettable compared to Sting, I wish people had gone this crazy over Sting rather than Cry. Although neither song got enough popularity (both deserved better).

 

 

Very Very Very is the best IOI song so far...it's so catchy and fun.

Very Very Very is a really great song, I love it and I think it's even better than Whatta Man. 

 

I also like Gugudan's Wonderland....it's really catchy, although the concept is weird and the company did a really bad job in making the girls shine, and also the concept fit Sejeong so badly- but that's beside the point. I don't think it's a terrible song. Is it amazing? Nah, bt it's catchy and enjoyable.

I think Tzuyu has a prettier voice thab Mina. Mina has a nice voice but sometimes I feel like her voice makes the songs sound too cutesy, if that makes sense. The song is already sort of cutesy but Amina's voice made it even more, mostly that "Fashion show, show" part. She still has a pretty voice though.

 

I know everyone seems to like Mina's voice the most in Twice but I actually think Tzuyu has the prettiest voice in the group (but my favorite is still Jungyeon's voice). Her part in TT was my favorite along with Jungyeon. Mina has a pretty voice though. I just think Tzuyu has the prettier tone.

I like BP's Stay more than PWF, Whistle and Boombayah. It's such a sweet, positive and uplifting but emotional song. It's one of my favorite songs this year by far and I think it's BP's best song. The MV was so pretty and emotional.

I think current girl group somgs are just as good as old girl group songs. I mean, they honestly seem on the same level to me. I'm an SNSD fan but I don't see how Gee or any older SNSD song is so above current songs like Very x3 and such, they're all good and I love them all but I've never understood why some people act like "old" Kpop >>>>> current/new gen Kpop. I think they are about even, there are good songs and there are not so great songs, but each generation has something to offer.

Unpopular Opinion: I love Tiffany's high notes/adlibs. Her Mr Mr high note was my favorite part of the song ;_;

It seems like everyone and their mothers hate Hyorin's Paradise but I love it it was a catchy song tbh and loved her voice in it too (it's not a vocally challenging song but she still managed to give it her usual flare with her beautiful voice). I think the song was released at the worst time possible honestly. If it had a better timing it would've done much better.

I know this is super unpopular, but I think Tzuyu is the prettiest female idol in Kpop besides Suzy. Suzy has this elegant, sophisticated and mature aura that wins me over, but once Tzuyu grows up more (she is my age and looks young so it's hard for me to see her as mature) I feel like she will be absolutely unbearable. No contest.

I like Rookie more than Russian Roulette. It's much more colorful, dynamic and unique. Russian Roulette was okay but it was just lacking something and didn't catch my attention except for the first line and Joy's killing line. The chorus should've been addictive and catchy but it just was flat and got old. Rookie is sure catchy and colorful.

 

For me, OOTN is still their best song along with Happiness ;_;

 

OOTN > Happiness > Dumb X 2 > Rookie > Automatoc > ICC > Be Natural > Russian Roulette

 

I know most people glorify ICC but I only like the beginning melody~ I prefer their others songs

I liked Why, Rain, and 11:11 (and of course, I) more than Fine. I like Fine just fine, but it's not as dynamic as Tae's other songs. The rest of the album is amazing though.

I like the idea of support and community rather than constant competition in KPop, but can we also stop the "I'm a ___ here to support ____!" It's a nice idea because it shows that people aren't always bitter and in fanwars, but at the same time, I wish we could just go back to the days where the comments in music videos are about....the actual music video? 

 

Also, Fingertip is the best GFriend title track since Rough, and the best album in terms of bsides after LOL.

I really like Wee Woo, it's a bop. The lyrics aren't great but honestly it's catchy and I've played it over and over even if their bsides were better.

I think the real rankings of each produce season should be revealed, as well as a full report on everyone's involvement. I want to believe that trainees had no idea if they were rigged into the final line up, but I also find it doubtful that trainees would be 100% oblivious to it. Also, the members who would've made the final lineup should get a chance to know the truth. It will give them the attention that they deserve. 

I don't want the rigged trainees to get hate, but I also doubt they were all oblivious. I feel like some of them, especially in Produce Seasons 2 and 4, knew they were being rigged in.

Don't get me wrong, Irene is beautiful, but I still don't see her hype 100%. I can understand why she is popular but she still isn't the prettiest Kpop idol to me or even prettiest RV member (I prefer Seulgi's visuals). She's very pretty but I never am shocked when I see her. I still find Tzuyu, Jisoo, Jennie, Sakura, Yeji, etc. stronger visuals. Just a preference thing but I know most people strongly disagree, but I just don't get th hype. I get it only partially. 

Also, I like Icy better than Dalla Dalla. Yuna's part especially is catchy AF.

I don't really care about Jennie and GD dating, the age difference itself is nothing. I'm into older partners and have dated people 4+ years older, it's nbd. The creepy/weird part about GD and Jennie is that he's known her since she was a minor. Jennie's been a famous trainee since she was 14 y/o, she was at least acquainted with GD since then, YG promoted her a lot even pre-debut so the chances of them interacting when she was 14-15 are very high. They collaborated on Black when she was only 16 and he was 23. 

So he's known her since she was a teenager and a minor, watched her grow up all these years, and then still somehow ended up dating her? Like I guess it's not as weird as if he'd started dating her as soon as she turned 18, but it's still weird to me. Rubs me the wrong way, plus he seems sketchy to me since he still supports Seungri, so....idk.
