It was really natural and endearing when she did it during CJL performances but she's being doing the same thing in every other performance. In the joint performance with RV, Winner and Got7 she did the same hand flutter/wink that she does in CJL performances. She doesn't try to be cute or talk in a puke-worthy aegyo voice, she just acts naturally. I would think that she would take note of this and do the same but she doesn't.
