The Unpopular Opinions Thread (Read OP)

It's not good to be positive all the time like you have to be negative about certain things some time for your own good.

Eg. It's like you are crossing a road and a truck is about to crash with you and someone from the other side is saying "you are going to die" and you are like "don't be negative be positive" "we are all gonna die anyway".

(Does this make sense)

"I don't mean to be rude" or " I don't hate this thing but" makes me cringes really hard and my heart literally sinks down like you know something really hateful is coming and you know the person's doesn't mean it when they say the don't want to be rude

It is kind of dumb and annoying how some people keep on saying will sm try with exo in the west.

Like by now it should be clear and sm during this 6 years has shown very clearly what they priorities for exo and that doesn't include the western market.

Kyungsoo is one of the most talented idol in kpop

He is one of the best vocalist in kpop

He is one of the best actor in kpop

He is a decent dancer

He can even rap a bit and beatbox

He is photogenic

(He knows how to put screen protector correctly lol)

Only If he was a bit to taller lol than he would've been literally perfect

(His height doesn't make him less perfect either)

I kind of feel really bad for hater/antis and kind of pity them

Like either their life must really suck

Or are very insecure

Or are just obilivion and ignorants

Like a person must have so much negativity in life to be so hateful

Fun fact idols are actually humans I know right shocker.

they are not gods or your rag dolls. Like I get it sometimes one of them does say something rude/ignorant and I'm not backing it up. Like I not fully but kind of understand people frustration about it but you have to try to understand. Like maybe you might have completely different cultures and beauty standards. Like that doesn't make them rude/racist etc its just maybe they are ignorant they don't know they are hurting you or are saying something controversial. They just have a different perspective from you as they were raised in a completely different environment then you. Like I know some might say that it's their job to know but maybe they were never thought about it. Like you can try looking for a pure perfect idol. Good luck I guess?

(I'm really sorry if I had said something rude like I don't mean it)

Oh my god

I get it the reason why sm doesn't let kyungsoo have a solo.

It's because he will be too powerful and eventually probably overshadow everyone

Like a successful actor and singer is too powerful

I feel like it is a curse in blessing that kyungsoo is soo talented

It's not like I have something against the show Hello counsellor

I kinda of really don't like the show or maybe I just don't understand it.

Like they only listen to people's concerns and do nothing about it.

(Well if pity or maybe sympathy counts)

The don't even give any advice

If my bias starts dating I wouldn't be unhappy but I can't be happy either, it's not because I'm possessive, jealous or delusional it's because I care about my bias and his happiness. Like feeling anxiety and dread about how other people would receive the news. People think that fans hate dating scandals because they're possessive of idols and jealous of their partners but the truth is that we hate it because it give us anxiety and all we can do is worry about the idol and how he'll be affected. Antis and media will twist up anything to ruin the idol and it gets tiring fighting that. It's harder to defend the idol when people are constantly rubbing it in our faces that the idol doesn't care about us or that we're just ATM machines to fund his trips to love motels. We fans watched the idol build an entire career from the ground up and to watch it fall because of some other person or him being careless does hurt. I rather not be around to watch it all crumble. It hurts too much, not because he is in love with someone else but because it could all end just like that.

The idol can love and date all he wants but we don't hate it because we don't want him to be happy. We're just trying to protect his happiness too and that's something other people can take away in a heartbeat.

(I don't know if this make sense but I'm just emotional sorry I don't mean to hurt anyone by this)

Love is not a feeling but in reality love is actually a choice. People commonly claim that they are in love with someone when in fact they are actually experiencing lust or infatuation for a person.

(I mean romantic love not as in you now child to mother kind of love that sounds so wrong ahhhh)

There's a difference between love and lust/infatuation. Lust is mistaken for love often.

Love being a feeling is a fact not an opinion.

Don't know about lust love it's not like I've experienced it so I will take that back

But I still think love is more of a choice than a feeling
