Esp Twitter. My god so fucking annoying. I think almost all the awards were given out more or less fairly, we knew their criteria before hand and they honoured the online voting while giving popularity awards. They also had suju perform last. Every complain that EXOL made through out the award season-performing last/hiding criteria/not honouring online votes/etc- were met at SMA. There is literally nothing to complain about. Yes they could have handled the line up thing better but that's honestly NOT the worst thing that happened this award season so can y'all chill. EXO have so many daesangs that I truly lost track of them at some point after 20, saying every award show is out to get us is like so embarrassing. Things are not that deep. Where u want content from your favs every single day? It's so sick. It doesn't happen for literally ANY OTHER SINGERS IN LITERALLY ANY PART OF THE WORLD. Vloggers on YouTube became popular because of their constant everyday vlogging and updates and half of them are now insane or quit. That's the kind of pressure u put. Do people just not realize the power of camera or something. HOW DO YOU SUPPORT THIS AND EVEN LOVE IT????? Like when ppl on the outside say kpop fans are bizarre. It's true. We are. I thought kpop fanservice of itself was a bit much. (They're a group ffs they don't have to be best fucking friends and the fact that they have to put on that act for fans is ridiculous.) .... But seeing how much content other kpop idols give.. That's actually a much less severe of a problem. Do ppl even like the current gen idols for their music? Before they start enlisting one by one etc. And as an EXO fan I just want good group activities right now. For baekhyun (and chen ofc) for example between EXO and EXO concert prep, CBX and CBX concert prep... where do these people think he has time for making and promoting a solo album? Same for kyungsoo he's been doing back to back movies. His schedule is so packed. On another note : Suho is enlisting soon-ish and he's not a part of any subunit or anything so he just released a song. An unpromoted station song. That he made because he had his own connections and friends. And the petty af so called "EXOL" went ape shit on it about how their own bias (mainly baekhyun and kyungsoo fans) deserve it more for being "main" vocals. EXOL find something to complain about every single time. It's so annoying. We have gotten an album, a repack and a winter album. EVERY SINGLE YEAR. And they've had FOUR world tours. But all fans can say is oh mah god they don't do vlive SM is trash. EXO do a couple of variety appearance, they promote a week ish on music shows and couple of vlives as a lead up to the album. Yeah sure it's significantly less than other groups. But is that the be all end all? Like that's the worst thing that could happen? They want members to be a regular cast on some show. I'm sorry but EXO are SUPERSTARS. They are singers and dancers and performers. Sure EXO have mentioned that they want to be a part of reality shows but they have emphasized EVEN MORE THAN THAT about how they want to be recognized as artists. Y'all talk so much about giving exo what they want when it comes to "reality shows"but when exo release something they're proud of musically like a station song or a colab y'all let it flop. So don't give me that BS about what EXO want. Y'all do NOT care about that. Y'all want EXO to be some caricature reality tv stars going on variety shows and doing vlives. Sorry but your bias is idle because their chance hasn't come yet. This can be because of CHOICE or because the opportunity didn't suit their strengths. Don't keep switching up your argument just because you feel like it and belittle other EXO members. Like poor suho. He's going to enlist in a year or so. And he's trying all these different things. His station? It was a collaboration with with ppl he knew. His theater roles? I'm sorry you aren't just GIVEN a role in a musical. That's requires a special set of skill set as well as passion. Suho genuinly seems to WANT to go in the musical theater direction. Don't go insulting and belittling other members on opportunities they got just to make your bias look better. There are great rappers who rap fast slow and in a variety of ways. Rap is about the play on words and clever quirks and all those nuances that you'll never ever understand unless you speak the language. This is unlike vocal ability. Vocal ability is universal in the sense that it's not bound by language. If your response to someone saying you lack vocal ability is to retort by picking on other's rap ability...
