How to get into music show?

Hi everyone,

So it turns out I might be making a trip to South Korea in August! It's not 100% yet, but quite likely.

I'm interested in seeing one of the music shows (Music Core, Inkigayo, etc etc) while I'm there. But I'm not sure how to go about getting in. Do you have to buy tickets way in advance, or do you just show up early and hope to get in?

Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated!

There're different ways. For Inkigayo, you have to sign up on their website and apply for a ticket and if you're really lucky they chose you. Same for Music Bank (you also have to be 15 years old, otherwise they don't let you in).

For M!Countdown you can buy tickets at the studio if your fast enough and have enough patient to wait a few hours (or the whole night, depends which artists are there). If you're lucky, you get a ticket (they only let in 200 people).

Dunno about The Show tho', I never have been there.

Depending on how long you're there for, I'd say it's better to just enjoy the city, shopping, going out, food and sightseeing. But if you do want to go, there's lots of info if you Google it from people, who have done it themselves. Have fun!!
