Okay so my doctor gave me pills. When I was taking 1 pill per day I was losing my weight which was good thing. (I am not overweight  but I want to lose some weight).

But now I am taking 1,5 per day and now I am starting to gain a weight.

Should I come back to taking 1 pill per day?

I don't think it has so much to do with the pills or how much you take them. It's just normal that when you lose weight but don't keep a close eye on the progress, you easily gain the weight back. Some medication does make you lose or gain weight at first, but when you get used to it, you body also continues to work normally. Just follow your doctors orders.

If its diet pills be reaaaaally carefull, all of them have some of amphetamines; my cousin used to take those, and she lost some weight, but then it bounce back and gain a lot more than when she was not taking them, beside it can fuck it up ur kidneys

If you lost the weight quicky, then I'm still not suprised that you've been gaining it back. Anyway, just listen to your doctor on this and don't start messing with the dose by yourself. Besides, you are at a healty weight currently so losing weight is not that good idea. Just keep on exercising is you want to have more firm body and don't think too much about your weight.

Another cousin of mine has that and was loosing weight a lot, but because of the condition, not the pills, then she got pregnant and her metabolism changed to the other condition that it's opposite to hypothyroidism, and she started to gain weight; my aunt has it too, and she is always complaining about how she gains weight too; ask ur doctor if it's not part of the hypothyroidism itself
