A lot of good points. But throwing the US in there was gimmicky and unwarranted. Yes some petitions have been, but the fact is, the states with a population that want to break away from the union, could not economically survive without the union. They receive a large amount of federal support.

Facts. The states that always talk secession are usually the poorest, least educated states in the union who only get by with federal money. They aint going nowhere.

I live in Kurdistan Region north of Iraq. The majority of the Kurds want independence. We never did associate with Iraq and were always in clash with the central regime. The same goes for the other parts of Kurdistan (Kurdistan of Turkey, Kurdistan of Iran, Kurdistan of Syria). We are the largest ethnicity without a country.

and isil is not a country!!!, another F up theories this video give

It is considered a country though, even if not officially, they have their own central government, their own currency, and their own banks. Trust me I know, we live just a couple of hours away from ISIL

Exactly. It's just there to stir up controversy and get people talking. No state is seriously considering seceding from the union.

I don't think Iran and turkey would give Kurds independence , also at worst cases their would be genocides , Hope you be save ,  I support united Iraq and independence Kurdistan , love & peace to you from Egypt .

I never been to Kurdistan nor have I meet someone from their but I love Saladin and he was Muslim kurd . I proud of him :)

You're correct, especially not Turkey. But it's not harmful to have a dream of a united Kurdistan again.

Iraq is really divided now. I don't think a united Iraq is ideal. Even if Kurdistan got independence, the Sunnis and Shias will still clash (not to mention the Assyrians, Yezidis, and many more ethnicities that want their own lands as well). The best option is to divide Iraq.

Thanks! and I support Egypt, you guys are quite admirable, you didn't slip into civil war like the other countries.
