Anyway, lets call her (A) I met her when I first joined the company. She was quite cold (first impression) but eventually she was nice to me, once we talked and all. I have eaten lunch with her a couple of times, yet only talks to me when I talk to her. 4 months down, not much changed. Until (B) came along. Fast forwarding 2 months. It is only until now (A) and (B) have completely warmed up to each other. Before they treated each other like strangers now all of sudden (now that the manager isn't here because his wife had a baby) they act like best friends. They completely avoid looking at me, never greet me when I say morning and goodbye to them, and only talk to the guy sitting next to me. © is a senior guy, and he's the unofficial assistant manager (I won't add more to that) If I say something, (A) + (B) just reply one word answers and don't speak again. Never do they approach me, when I was the first person to get to know them. Today was hilarious though. Sorry if its not but whatever. I must share this. They were discussing diets for almost half the day, then they said they wanted McDonalds (they had chicken and chips yesterday) they asked © if he wanted something ©: "I might just get a strawberry milkshake" (A): "Do you want anything? -to me- Me: "Yeah, why not? I'll come along" Soon after I said that (A) changed her mind and wanted to go Asda (this is not the first time) So I was like really Then (B) asked me if I wanted something from Asda. I was like "Nah I'll have my lunch later. I'm going to Subway" ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At the end of the day, I was throwing away my water bottle in the bin. I saw two large McDonalds cups. I actually noticed this when I first came back from lunch. © was alone so I asked him quite loudly "Did you enjoy the strawberry milkshake then?" © "Yeah..." Then I said "They went to McDonalds afterall then?" © "Yeah they did." Me: "Thought so." He looked pretty dumbfounded about that. I have actually confronted them (not in a rude way) but they simply denied everything, started acting normal with me for a bit, then its the same thing again.
