I'm not sure specifically what you mean. When he first shows up: the guy does have a fit body and a decent face and he can lean up against a wall if he feels it's fit to seduce or some crap. As for the pinning on the wall: he's trying to restrain her so pinning her against the wall, while something that couples do from time to time, isn't necessarily conveying "he's so sexy" as much as it's just advantageous for people like.....him.

 

I've gotta assume you mean  the way it shows the close up of his tounge on hers then seeing as everything else is just kindof subjective and the way things are.

 

I'm not sure if it's necessarily trying to make it look sexy as much as they're just showing that he's seriously encroaching on intimate grounds that no one but your MC/main character should have any buisness on.

 

Ta piss ya off. It's to make it seem as if one character is getting intimate and making some sort of relevant mark on another character who you don't want touched by anyone but your main character. That's why her actually struggling, resisting and striaght up not liking it in that moment is so satisfying to the readers; because it refutes the possibility of him taking her away or tainting her both in body and mind. Of course if he ends up raping her or she relents or some shit then that kindof largely goes out the window, but that's why everyone's screaming "NATSUO RESCUE!!11!".
