IMO her voice is not meant for ballads, she sounds much better in other genres and when she doesn't have a high note (or when the "high note" respect her range). Her voice is not bad, I like the way she sounds, the problem is the song choice. There isn't much what I could comment about her dancing because I don't pay much attention on her during performances, but during TTS promotions she seemed to be slightly better at dancing. Still far away from good, though. Personality? Well, she's loud and seems to be an attention seeker (not a problem, tho), but I don't think she's a bad person*. She seems to be a positive and cheerful person, she's ambitious too, and that's not bad... actually, it's good. If you have a dream you should chase it, right? And that's what she does. I think. And.. people criticize her a lot for her taste on things, but at least she tries to do something, huh? Better than nothing. I'm not her biggest fan, but I don't dislike her.
