1. Great title track (loved by fans & general public), but shitty/meh album

2. Shitty title track, but great album (e.g: Exo - XOXO with Wolf as title track)

I don't want to have to listen to the same song. I like having my variety of good songs to listen to.

 

Plus I don't want to purchase an album if it only has one good song and the rest is mehh

The general public will generally not take the time to listen to a whole album; I think many great title tracks can lead to good popularity.

 

However when you have lots of fans, you should aim for a good album so you don't disappoint.

 

So I guess nugus should have good title/shit album until they get popular and then shit title/good album.

Great title track. I'm not really an album person. I get overwhelmed by all the songs and usually end up liking only 1 or 2 of them (usually ballads)

 

While with a great title track, it just feels good. Like the whole era just seems to shine a lot more. The lives are amazing, the concepts stick out more, I wind up replaying the music videos 214434783945 times and yeah.

Ashamed to admit it but I pay much more attention to the title song than the rest of the tracks. Having a bad title track kills it for me.

I chose a better title track :D Title tracks seems to bear much importance cuz good title tracks attract more attention then a good album. For rising groups like EXO, Sistar, and BAP, the 1st choice is better cause they needed that popularity boost. For groups which alrd has a strong fanbase and is alrd popular eg SNSD, Suju, B2ST, BIGBANG, choice #2 is fine
