Many Taeyeon fan's thought the site didn't worked because when they opened the site after the allocated time for sales tickets were empty.They were blaming sm for making bad website but in the end ,they found out all the tickets were sold out in few seconds and the website was working just fine they were just not quick enough ,when tickets started appearing on reselling site at higher price.
