Hopefully soon. The group as a whole isn't doing much cause they've been busy since January so I guess now it's just time for the girls to have a vacation. If they release a new album in Korea then I'd expect them to have more individual and group promotional activities.

I think it might be too late for IGAB repackage so we might just get a mini-album. Honestly I wasn't expecting another Korean release until late in the year so I'd be pleasantly surprised with whatever is released.

I was thinking the same thing, too late for a repack but too early for a full album. I wasn't really expecting another Korean release this year because I figured they'd either release the English album or another Japanese album later in the year. But with the rumors of TTS later in the year...ugh idk. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. I'll be excited for anything. One thing's for sure, the frequency of releases in kpop continues to astound me lol

 

I really have no confidence in SM's ability to pick title tracks at this point but keeping expectations low has helped me cope with disappointment so I'll stick with that strategy. lol Although I'd prefer a Japanese release over a Korean one in terms of quality fillerless music, I'd like to see them performing on the weekly music shows so I'll gladly take a Korean album. Kinda hoping it is a mini since I tend to enjoy those more than their full albums. Anything in English would just be a nice bonus.

I am actually a very lay back kinda girl . I am normally the first one to say oh well better luck next time.

Even with Hyoyeon I am like that,I am the first to laugh it off.

 

One time I asked why Sone don't support her instagram and now I am the typical Hyoyeon fan that everybody hates. I mean come on.

Then when everyone was ganging up on Hyoyeon fans in the SNSD thread. I stuck up for them because even if you sometimes don't agree with other hyoyeon fans we have to stick together. I am now labeled as typical Hyoyeon stan which bulls**t. 

 

They hate on me because I don't stand down from their treatment to some Hyo stans. 

I am actually the type that doesn't take this seriously and I have funny humor which explains the manager and Hyoyeon thread.

 

I wish they would stop try and label everyone just because they can't handle or don't like what person has to say.

I am glad I got that off my chest.

Seriously people will never understand what it's like to be a Hyohunnie unless you are one. We always get bitched at for complaining, but I don't think stans of other members (especially the singing line) could even comprehend what it would be like to have your bias always getting dogged: no lines, no screen time, cameras focus on other members during her part, little promotions, ksones don't respect her, sm doesn't respect her, etc. etc. Then you stand up for her and everyone jumps on you. Don't let idiots silence you. Say what you want to say and as long as you don't sound too crazy Hyohyunnies will have your back haha.

Did any of you watch IY2? How did you guys find it? I just started watching and it's kinda not v interesting so far :/

 

I watched it for about the first 20 episodes and then only skimmed through for Hyoyeon cuts.

It was sad when amber, woori and Sunny left. 

Especially Woori, Hyoyeon and her were funny together. 

Sunny left Late but you could tell that she wasn't enjoying it as much as IY. 

 

I was kinda bummed that Amber and Hyo weren't shown interacting as much as I expected them to do given their known

.

Then again, Amber is buddies with every idol in Korea so I can understand why the girl's gotta balance her time with different peeps.

Sunny was definitely not as enthusiastic on IY2 as she was on the original but I appreciated her presence on this show because she helped Hyoyeon adjust comfortably to the new variety show setting. Before IY2, Hyo wasn't used to being on camera (and hated the awkwardness of it) and she mostly hung around her fellow SNSD members, so I think Sunny being there made things better for her. Hyoyeon really found her own though towards the end of the show and she's (slightly) less camera-shy and awkward now.
